This game has gotten to the point that it’s more of a chore than pleasurable game it once was,you have better advantages,you got 9 shundos and out of our community only one or two people out of the group have just one,and we all pay for the events so the game should have much better content then what it does jmo thou

Is it possible to report players that take over all the gyms in my area? soon as I beat the gym about 3 or 4 players take me out and fully max it with pokemon. I live in a rural area where hardly anyone plays so know they are not local players, just want to earn a few coins sometimes

Spoofing does not give you an unfair advantage, as long as people have equal access to the advantage…the advantage is considered fair. It’s cheating according to their terms but it is by no means unfair. Unfair is to live in a city while others live in bad places to play and expect to have a fair competition against them. Unfair is to have endless money to throw at the game and compete against people with no money. Spoofing is an equalizer.

very disappointed on your opinion (and ofc niantics) about spoofing, it makes the game for those in small towns so much better, if you want everyone to play equally. why are their more pokestops in nyc than there are in alot of countries in total. it just doesnt make sense. Also raids it is almost impossible to do raids without spoofing(yes i used your raid channel on discord, it takes extremly long to get those raids done) I have played the game for some time without spoofing maybe log in once a day to catch 1 or 2 mons. believe me it sucks and doesnt make the game fun. Let us people that live in small towns have the ability to play in big cities. They should add a spoofer option to the game, maybe disabling gyms. ofc if u spoof and take over all gyms, i can see that a problem. But other players are in other ways never affected of someone that is spoofing, my friends actually loved it because they could finally get raid invites, which they would otherwise never be able to do.

i only use a spoofer for the shiny checker on map and IV checker, and also to walk to a place where i have like 5-6 stops i can GOplus which is the only spot in like 7km.
tried out some other features but i did not like most of them as they made the game too easy.
think they will ban me? 🤣

Niantic is shooting themselves in the foot with this, There’s never been a level playing field within the game. For example.. a player that dumps hundreds if not thousands of dollars in the game as opposed to a free to play player. Also there’s people that live in a larger city that has a bunch of stops and gyms as opposed to a rural player that has very little. Let’s not forget about the disabled players too. Also some people have a lot more time to play than others due to work or whatever. Niantic also nerfed spawn rates as well as incense making it harder to collect more Pokemon. This is totally ridiculous. I guarantee you spoofers put in a ton more money than your average PoGo player. Niantic done made their money off of us so now they are saying screw you. Btw what about apps like Poke Genie or apps that help you hatch eggs? I take it that’ll get players banned too. I see a lot of people quitting tbh and maybe that’s a good thing. Maybe it’s time for us to do something else with our time. Idk. Niantic has always been greedy and has never listened to us anyway. This ain’t 2016 or before covid. I don’t see many people out playing as much anymore. I’m not going to stop using Poke Genie. Only way I can get any raids done. If I get banned then oh well. Peace y’all. Btw spoofers never bothered me any at all and by the comments I see here they haven’t bothered anyone else. Idk why Niantic even cares. Spoofing means more people playing the game and more money for Niantic. This is stupid.

Niantic may have came up with a new bandwave but it’s only going to last for a shot period of time cause these spoofing app creators all ways find a way past Niantics technology and I’m pretty sure they all ready cracking the code

Spoofers fake their location to catch hundo, shinies, raids, etc. but they still need to catch them. However players that use the Gotcha that catches Pokémon and spins PokeStops automatically … that is not cheating???
Naintic can do what they want BUT maybe they should check the spoofers accounts and see how much money they spend because the last time I checked raiding ain’t FREE!!

For those who want to complete raids living in the middle of nowhere, without spoofers you will be able to complete less raids less successfully. Perhaps stop or b more selective in spoofing until dialga raids and let’s all go for shundo!
U mentioned events so perhaps stop doing those useless events which are predominantly a waste of time for a collector medal

Aside of some of the information here being far from accurate, Niantic couldn’t care less about people being given fair advantage. Look at what they have done with the remote raid passes, not only did they remove the 1 coin box that used to include it (and now has some random things like poke balls 🙄🙄) they increased the price of the passes. So you can stay there and keep reiterating until you are blue in the face how Niantic wants things to be fair and square, but they are predators, a business offering increasingly bad gaming experiences to the (legit) players, fewer spawns, few and far between incense spawns (Covid is far from over), sad or boring at best fest events etc. Niantic seems to be forgetting that Pokémon go didn’t make Niantic, it’s the players who supported the game and also spent BIG money on it (myself included) that are who made Niantic. I, personally, have stopped spending any money on the game, and won’t intent to.

At the grand scheme of the illustrious and nefarious gaming world, Pokémon go will have a very tiny player base in the upcoming years. Spoofers (which I am not) didn’t break the game. Niantic did. #banNiantic

I caught four shinies in one afternoon and went to humble brag on a local fb group. I was asked if I was “flying”? Is that slang for spoofing?
Cheating in PoGo kinda seems like stealing from the place you work. It’s not worth losing access to the game 🤷

Yeah right! As if Niantic is really going to get the spoofers this time. They’ve been slow or ineffective in banning spoofers in the first place, because they make money off of them too. This is the very reason why so many legit players quit this game has been more for spoofers.

Why don’t they make the rules on what is counted as gyms and pokestops more lenient ,it would reduce spoofing.
