To me spoofers still villain even they help in the raids cause base my experiences when have best friends to them, they don’t want doing trade with me, they have multiple accounts and don’t need trade with me,that’s not cool to make them as good friends…

I got a 7 day ban after spoofing for a few months after spoofin to Japan. Gave up on it cuz i spent waay to much money on my account to risk that stuff again.

It was amazing though while it lasted😅🤣 where i live is deadddd for pokemon go so raiding is impossible. Spoofin actually helped a lot with that.

Tips for zi Spoofies: dont travel around the world. Stay in ur actual city and grind it out.

I didn’t care if people spoof but after a spoofer or a group of them harassed me for six months though the game, they gave me a reason not to like spoofer.

Our local one is “call in the air support!”
Spoofers have become life savers for our raids here. Without three randos I’ve never seen before, we wouldn’t have been able to beat several out here.
In all seriousness though. I feel like the support is slowing down because of wannabe “Do-gooders” reporting them.
If they’re a help to the local community and aren’t sitting on Gyms indefinitely, leave em be. Imo at least

I don’t hate spoofers for cheating. I honestly can’t blame them. I multi-account. You almost need to if you don’t live in a big city and don’t have a set group of people to raid with.

There are both sides of the coin, spoofers a nuisance in gym for sure and pvp as it so easy to spoof for 0 attack pvp relevant pokemons to gain edge.

I mean, I can see the bright and dark sides of spoofing, there’s people with special needs, and there’s the case of people like myself that lives in very dangerous places, my area is very dangerous to walk around specially with the phone all in the open, you’ll probably get robbed, possibly with a gun or knife pointed to u, there are being cases of people getting kidnaped ou attempts to, in their cars, they are inside their cars, in a place, and it happens.

I get why Niantic is all anti-spoofers but It doesn’t make sense for it to be a stigma within the community. Play how you want to play, its a casual game and not that serious

spoofers are often the difference between winning and losing a raid,
the only time its a negative is when they fill up the lobby too quickly for some of your actual in person raid crew to get in, as illustrated on regieleki raid day in new zealand

The main reason I have gotten into spoofing is due to my area being dead. Honestly if I didn’t spoof I would have never spent any money on raids.
