Niantic continues to fail in the communication aspect of the community, typical…

1. Niantic needs to put up surveys/polls/referendums in order to get TRUE feedback from the community as a whole, instead of getting word from a few selected individuals, and actually push action IN FAVOR of what the community actually wants. And, to not limit such feedback gains from exclusively Twitter, some of us choose to not use that social media platform for personal reasons. Both Facebook and Instagram are viable options to get additional feedback from more other Trainers/Players. Even the contests they sometimes hold on Twitter need to be expanded into Facebook and Instagram.

2. Price increase, if any, is too high, it’s already high as it is. Some people live paycheck to paycheck, and use Pokemon GO as a means to decompress and destress after a long day’s work. Or, as Zoe mentioned, some people depending on their living environment and circumstances have no choice but to use Remote Passes and other at-home features. Taking them away, or placing them higher up on the shelf, will only hinder them from being able to play the game to the maximum potential they can. Although rural/disabled players make up only a small portion of the game’s entire population, they are still a part of our community. Any changes that will hurt them still hurts the community as a whole.

3. The changes to the Remote Pass collection will also further hurt the small portion of players who live rural or disabled. They are most likely to not notice the changes and find out too late, they may accidentally spend more money for less without realizing it.

4. Some players, while perfectly capable of playing outdoors, also do Raid hostings at home for other players who follow their streaming platforms. The new limits set on Remote Passes will hurt their careers and hurt the chances of playing the game for their followers.

5. Without the changes to Remote Passes, Niantic can still make more than enough money to expand on their other projects AND expand their human resources to help better their quality assurances and community communications.

I speak these things having understood the struggles that rural players and disabled players go through trying to play this game to its highest potential possible.

TLDR: DO NOT CHANGE REMOTE PASSES, EVER!!!

i totally get that they can do what they want but this is just greddy honestly if you don’t have the money or you play free to play you could get a raid pass in 2 days now it will take 4 its outrages what there doing to the community

I guess my wallet will be happy to know I won’t be wasting money on these. I rather spend it on increasing my storage and bag than a chance to fail remote raid.
