Because of US the Trainers we have setup their family for 10 generation to come…and in return they say thank you with a slap in the face.

This update is going to be what makes me stop playing I live in a rural area little to no Pokémon go community and I am not old enough to drive so I can’t go out and do raid unless I buy the remote raid pass

This definitely ruin my day to the point I logged off Pokémon go. Couldn’t get hyped up playing knowing in the future this game ruined. Guess it’s time to dust off Xbox/PS4 😢

I am happy cuz you guys put real money and grind like hell and get shiny ✨ legendary Pokémon in no time on the other hand 🤚 me as free to play player does 2 raids every alternate day to save free raid pass and don’t get shiny ✨ I mean it ok that’s what game is all about u don’t get every Pokémon you want but this rule is not applied to you guys you give money and get every single Pokémon that not fair …… I am happy this is happening 🤭🤭🤭😏😏😠😠

I quit pokemon go in 2017 due to Niantic bs, I came back last year and now quitting again. Am never returning. Was great playing with all you guys and enjoying this community while it lasted. NO BS, AM DONE.

No, and it was never intended that Covid would happen either. But it did happen and in conjunction with declining interest in the game, people just don’t want to raid in person like they used to. And this really won’t change things much. Niantic has to come to their senses and realize that things have changed, and their vision needs to be adjusted accordingly.

Make raids like the mushrooms in Pikmin Bloom! You raid, knock the boss health down a bit, then someone else comes by and knocks it down a bit more. Within 24 or 48 hours the raid ends. If the boss is at 0 health at that time, everyone who participated is notified and gets an encounter to catch.

For a video idea, you should do a video with a couple of the best pokemon go players in the world and see what they have to say about this, (side note, why would pokemon go take away their most payed item…)ps. Love your videos and hope you could manage with all the new changes. luv u <3

Welp, Niantic continues to stab us in the backs after all of the TIME and MONEY we have spent on this game.
I have never been more disappointed in Niantic. To all the players who cannot access playable areas with the community I’m praying for you guys! This ones gonna hurt😑

This is going to effect youtubers lifestyles too. I’m quitting pokemon because of this, so there’s no reason for me to stay subscribed and watch pokemon go videos

Why I quit pogo months ago. They’re just crappy to their base. We r paying more for everything in life…but ya
..lets pay more for raid passes on game, were suppose to have fun playing. The fun has been destroyed. Screw niantic

Yea this is b…sh.T never seen something so greedy in my life. Coming from a father with 4 kids which play. And trying to pay regular bills then my fav game pulls this I already been leaving my pokemon in gyms everywhere just to get bye in this game this is just messed up niantic.

It’s about time we, as the community, showed Niantic that there are limits to our willingness to accept changes that are clearly for the worse.
We’re all aware of the predatory monetization schemes in the game shop with overpriced boxes and items.
Many of us chose to ignore this, and the greediness of the corporation grows as a result.
As such, Niantic decided to increase price of Remote Raid Pass with no communication whatsoever. This would be a dire change for all of us, and especially rural players.
In case this change goes through, if you hope for a better future of the game, we must take a stand
How do we rebel? It’s simple:
1. Save money! For an entire week after the change, do not use or purchase remote / premium raid passes or boxes.
2. Do as many of the in-person raids as you would normally before the change. Make sure there’s no increase.
3. Spread the word to fellow players but do not pressure them into doing the same; some of us believe things will never improve and it’s their choice whether they want to try.
Do you doubt the cause?
No problem. Just ignore it; no need to spread negativity about it being pointless. The only language corporations understand is money; if there’s a visible decrease for a week after the change, we’ve made our point. Worst case scenario: things stay the same,
Niantic lost some money and we saved some. It’s a win.
