This is shit because content creators will still spend the money so they won’t change but the only time I do raids that aren’t remotely are in go fest and events like that because no one playing in my area so it’s not making it fair at all they just want more money. But they already have so much so at this point they are just greedy pricks

I will quit .. i have no real friend playing PoGo just remote so for raiding its only option fore me. And when I check raid around me there is max 1 guy wainting in 5stars 😀

This is the worst because where i live, pokemon go is BANNED. So i can only do in person raids by like a discord server and adding some people temporarily to do raids. And since im a minor, cant drive my own car, no gyms near me, it really hard to come across raids that i need so usually i remote raid them using the same discord server. But, im free to play and havent payed a single dollar on the game, and the price increase is so annoying since i can barely get both the mega and legendary raids normally, so i dont know how im gonna get them with this new update

So many people whining about this, obviously never played this game when it came out and literally have no idea what it’s actually about.

This game was meant for people to be active and social. Time for you guys to play Pokemon GO and not Pokemon COUCH.

I understand that from Mystic7’s POV this might mess with his content creation. But hopefully it will instead grant more opportunities for stuff like “meet and greets”. Shinyraces,. Shinychecks. Encounters with random fans irl, which is honestly often the most entertaining part of the videos, when that happens. And so on.

Hoping, big time, that this goes live. Would be the single best decision Niantic ever made regarding Pokemon GO.

It’s a cash grab intended to force people to stack Remote Raid Passes right now, just guessing but perhaps related to the end of Fiscal Periods? Feels pretty dumb because max limit is 5 RRPs, but still…

What they should have really done, if they really care, is making it easier via the app itself to organize in-person raids first and only then destroying remote raiding.

Cause all they have been doing recently is screwing players like me and my friends who are disabled and CAN’T play Pokemon GO like normal people! That’s why Remote Raids were sssoooooo amazing when they got implemented. Seriously, screw these guys! 🤬😡🤬😡🤬😡

If you wish to take a stand against this, the way to do it is stop playing and remove the game from your devices. Niantic makes the majority of their revenue from our location data. If the game is not on our phones, we cut off their revenue stream.

Stand with the disabled and rural players who need remote raiders to actually play all aspects of the game.

I am a rural player, I am a free to play player. I hardly get my 50 coins. Remote passes was really the only way I could catch legendaries. I dont see alot of players at the same time when I get out and walk. I dont drive, cant drive. I walk to play the game. So O guess i just have to adjust to the changes and hope to find players to do raids in person with.
