It’s so strange to me that they say remote raid passes have “dominated” the community, isn’t that a good thing for niantic? They’re making money off of us buying them? Not only that but obviously because so many people are buying them and using them to PLAY the game they created isn’t that a good thing? This is something that the game offers that makes us enjoy the game more. It seems like such a strange change to make from their perspective I don’t understand it. Like this is a lose lose situation for players and niantic. It’s so frustrating and sad for the whole community and literally making a change to this one item is changing the entire game for me, and the entire community. I have just recently gotten some of my family into the game and for this to come out so early into the experience for them really sucks. smh.

I deleted pokemon go because of this. They make so many bad decisions but this is the straw that broke the camels back. I live In basically the middle of nowhere so there’s no gyms or poke stops around my house. I would have to go into a town or something to put my Pokémon in gyms which I don’t do too often. No gyms = no pokecoins. And the only 50 coins per day rule makes it even harder to earn pokecoins. I can put my Pokémon in gyms on my way to school on the bus, but I have to be lucky enough that someone from my team won a gym because that bus is not gonna stop and wait for me to kick other teams Pokémon out of gyms. And when I get to school the gyms are just out of reach so I can’t interact with them. they are just screwing over rural players at this point.

They really did all of us dirty. I just got my son into this game. Anyway, if this stands, I already told my discord I will move on from the game. It’s too much. It’s too much, n it’s not worth it. I’ll stick to my call of duty.. It’s unreal. I will keep all four of my accounts active but will not participate 90%. I’m done 😢😤 good luck, everyone

See, their comment about the “health” of the game refers to the game as they see it, which is something to be done in person. What they don’t realize is that they need to grow and change instead of constantly trying to get back to what the game once was in order to keep it “healthy”

I feel like remote raid passes should cost more than in person passes, it makes getting an in person pass actually worth something, remote raid passes are designed to be more beneficial than in person ones, so why should they cost the same, the nerf on the amount u can hold and use per day is a change that kinda sucks though, there’s no reason to limit the amount of raids someone can do
