I would think that you could be worried if you get a final strike. Either by mistake which had happened or because you don’t realize that you are breaking the TOS since it is too broad. The TOS is not really clear on certain things and by not specifically explaining in detail what are considered breaking the TOS , you might get the red letter of death. The letter saying you are now officially banned. It is scary when there is a misunderstanding but I wished when they send out these letters, they could atleast explained why you were banned. Not just we detected something or your breaking the tos.
