This doesn’t seem very “Elite” to me. Elite raids should be top tier, not mediocre. I’ll be raiding some. I mean, why not. 🙂 You pointed to a trailer video – but nothing was on the screen. Happy hunting!

Was a moot point with the first elite hatches this morning- they were not raidable as just came up with an error code whenever you tried to enter the lobby. I think a few people lucked out once the error was addressed & got in before they de-spawned, but they were few.
No one was out raiding them in my small community for the second wave & figured there was no point wasting a pass trying to solo it, so I’ll try again at 5pm for the final hatches.
My take away as a new-ish player so far – elite raids suck if you don’t have the privilege &/or luck to live somewhere with a large & active PoGo community. Having a bunch of ex Raid gyms means nothing if there isn’t an active group of people playing – It is so disheartening seeing the 9 elite eggs that have hatched already today but being locked out of doing every single one of them because we can’t invite players remotely :/

Well I can’t get one anyway, half the gyms around me don’t have the countdown clock running and those that do are only bat 11am and 3pm, no 5pm times like past elite raids, thanks Niantic. Not taking a day off for a game
