“Unthaw” is a real word, but it’s “un” “thawing” something. As in, reversing the thaw. Which means freezing. XP When you unthaw something, you’re freezing it. You want to use either “unfreeze” or “thaw” if you mean changing a substance from a frozen to a liquid state.
Fist builds are revolved around being hit. Get some heavy armor and get used to it. :p Honestly thats what I love most about a fist build, its so different from normal builds where the goal is to work hard and avoid being hit. meanwhile the “I CAST FIST!” build is all about not caring if you get hit because you have heavy defenses, heal fast, and make skulls explode with your own two hands. It almost seems counter intuitive. A sledge build involves floating like a butterfly and stinging like a bee with a 20 pound lump of metal attached to a steel pole. Meanwhile wearing a set of steel knuckles means standing there and slugging it out like your feet are anchored to the floor.
‘Wait for the ice to thaw out’
Spoke to my wife an English major. “Unthaw” is a replacement for “thawed out”. Thaw as a stand alone word is improper. Example: I’m going to thaw out the chicken or I’m going to unthaw the chicken are both proper. I’m going to thaw the chicken is improper. The point. Speak however you want, love the content and keep up the good work.
Why is it that when you’re NOT trying to hit the demo button, the thing is the size of a small moon, but when you are trying to hit it, it’s the size of a pinhead? ><
If you had a robotic sledge you would be able to knock the zombies off of the pathway very easily into the pit
Good video, and it annoys me, greatly, that you can haphazardly build better horde fighting areas than I can, and I spend days thinking about it!! So annoying… I don’t like your brain!
Un-thaw means (literally) Freeze!
From past Winter episodes you mentioned that items ” un-thawed ” from a campfire didn’t refreeze. So in order to keep beer around for a hoard night just do a campfire near your fighting position with the beer in it & grab 1 as needed.
i really love your videos and in special the music from the start, keep up the fantastic work!
❤️ spiller piral ❤️
I think if doing a wandering life, you should update horde night to 10 days, so you have more time between them, just my 2cents
In Tem’s defense… from waywordradiodotorg Re: Unthaw
“It’s less common and less formal than plain old thaw, but the word unthaw has been in use for at least four centuries. In the 1600s, the prefix un- was added as an emphasizer to several words, including the adjectives boundless, helpless, remorseless, and witless to form unboundless, unhelpful, unremorseless, and unwitless as a way of intensifying their meaning. Similarly, verbs such as ravel, peel, loosen can be rendered as unravel, unpeel, and unloosen. The point is that the prefix un- doesn’t always negate — sometimes it serves to emphasize.”
So UNthaw is perfectly acceptable. Ya’ll need to leave him alone about that, and Tem? Keep using it, hun. You do you. Love ya!
When I saw that mannequin move I got Doctor Who vibes, from the weeping angels… I had to pause the video for a bit because I got quite a bit scared to be honest
the snow aspect and caves would be neat in Undead Legacy
Beating up Genosis, parents now ” mannequins”.
With how deep the snow is in this mod there should be no fall damage cuz I mean in real life if you fell on a big ass piles of snow like that it probably wouldn’t hurt I mean let’s be real I mean depending on if it was like powder or iced over snow. So maybe not absolutely zero fall damage from like Great heights cuz that still would hurt like hell. But like from the top of a two-story building or something yeah there should be no fall damage or even higher than a two-story maybe even the top of deshong to the snow you should try to find dishong if possible
It’s weird how clone like 7 days to die is to Minecraft and 7 Days to die still hasn’t had the idea to generate random underground caverns.
I was hoping you would put the wedge 60 blocks in to finish the sides of the funnel into the pit. Your design should be fun though. Can’t wait for horde night!
Hey don’t forget there is a secret stash in the top of that silo at the farm you were at.
