My only tip that some ppl still dont get:
If your team wins the pistol round, you dont eco as team next round.

Every second match i see that in lower elos with a second account.

no 2 is an awful tip. just put the zoom lower. if ur character isnt centered you have to think where you are and where you are looking, if it keeps the player centered its simple to see where to expect danger.

okay but as a peak radiant, you will not find players that play closer to perfect than you will in radiant, thatts sort of the deal with the rank, its like a near to zero mistake rank simply because you get punished super hard if you make a tiny one.
