went through a rough patch a while ago and therapy really helped if u told me 6 months ago id be on this earth I would have laughed but thanks to therapy I’m doing much better, yeah u don’t realize how much it can help till u try it. really hope everyone who sees this gets the help u need and remember there’s always people who care about and want u to be here.
