what I should do to balance Chamber,while also keeping his identity is:
1.headhunter price back to 100, with only 5 bullets
2.rundevous remove all cooldowns but he can use it only one per round
3.ult make it 1-2 bullets with golden gun Recharge mechanic
if chambers pick rate is so high that in higher ranks you will get chamber in every team. This means that both team will have a chamber. This will balance out, untill your chamber is brainded and the other is cracked.
If Chamber got back his second trap he’s be instantly broken. One trap alone is so strong. As a Sentinel as some have observed, he locks down sightlines with his weapons. Cypher and KJ lock down entry points with trips and turrets.
For me, they should keep his TP speed as it is, but have something like a very loud noise or a visual effect indicating that there’s a Chamber is holding that position.

chamber has a 50 percent win rate, i wonder why, oh wait both teams have chamber but only 1 team wins
chamber is more balanced in spike rush than any other mode because they removed 4 of his bullets which is such a good nerf that would definitely make him more balanced so they should just fully remove 4 of his bullets in all modes
Chamber’s tp isn’t instant your wrong.
I agree chamber is in a bad spot right now, but people are learning how to play against him. More and more though it is difficult and its a slow climb. I believe that for people to learn to play against chamber he has to stay similar with what he is now. So, if riot doesn’t nerf him I’m not surprised
If we go if your nerfs chamber is still going to be pretty strong, but easier to play against and could help speed up the process.
If riot is coming out with a banning system soon though i feel like most things will be fixed, except in pro play because why wouldnt you ban chamber leading to some serious mind games. Then his ban rate would be to high and… yada yada

My rework to chamber would sound like this:
Trademark: 1 ->2 uses
Trademark: form inf -> 45-55m range
Headhunter: Bullet cost from150->175
Tour de Force: Added a delay to teleport whit Rendezvous from 0s->2s
Rendezvous: Range Increased to 55m before the nerf.
Feels like tp so broken and trip so don’t get two full site controls

I think his to could be changed so that is has a minimum range not a maximum, that would eliminate the peek and tp stuff and would work more for lurking and stuff he is either out of position after teleporting or he is back with his team, that would bring back the sentinel feeling and delete the duelist stuff
The point is the chamber is not over powered but the other Sentinals are just shit. People only pick chamber it’s simply better than the other. So riot should focus on buffing other Sentinals instead fucking up chamber . especially sage and kj
just give him a time window where he can teleport that he has to first activate, similar to jet. that would make him less broken for the meantime and then think about other ways to nerf him properly.
I would take both traps and completly change his role
IMO they should take 2 of his deagle shots (from 8 to 6) and give back the trademark. maybe also make ult a lil bit slower
