I watched the match live and there were some certain issues with fnatic i noticed-

1. There head coach was silent during the entire 2 maps during the timeouts. Only boaster was the one talking during timeouts. Can the coach not come with a single strat or catch a glimpse or idea of what could work and what should be changed or they cookin something with boaster? idk man this new coach seems to be the major problem.

2. Fnatic is seriously lacking firepower and individual plays, most of the rounds they losing the fights by peeking individually with no trades, almost every member except leo are out of form after masters tokyo(especially derke).

3. Talking about derke though he is underperperforming, still he is the only duelist in the team and entering the sites on his own everytime, taking the entire site and positioning himself deep into site and alone. He always enter firsts with no followups and die without getting traded. They really lack the ability to forcefully execute to a site.

4.They are not adapting to meta. Tho they tried something new on icebox but most teams has now adapted to and used geko kayo comps, double duelists comps and many more which is gud cuz its working. But fnatic seems too arrogant or ignorant to these and trying to stick to there old comps even tho they have been studied by other countless times and loopholes in their comps are being exploited so much. Prime example is their lotus comp and map approach. They were so gud at lotus that only loud was able to best them on that map, and now they havent changed anything about that map comp and approach and have lost to kc and th on that map as well.

5.They need to be more humble(just personal opinion)- they rn are not the best team in the world, they know that.But sticking to the past and yapping about all those trophies wont win you more. Try learning from other teams too, adapting their stratagies instead of ego sticking to self made strats wont get you much.

and this is me a common player who plays for fun who is not even a coach or pro noticing all these flaws. If i see it can they not? can’t they do something about the issues?
look i’m not a pro or something, i cant tell what level of pressure they are facing mentally rn and i should not be giving advices in some random comment section as well. But they really need to up there game now.
As a fnatic fan its heartbreaking to see a superteam crumble like this.
they seems tired and out of form of the game.
But they did comeback icebox under pressure, im sure they will comeback from this as well, if not today then tomorrow

Fnatic are not the same fnatic that I used to enjoy watching, they used to be very coordinated and calculated, now they take unnecessary fights, so much hero plays, the team doesn’t look in sync. They look terrible and most of all they stop innovating new strats and comps, which other teams have done in those 7 months break. If they don’t replace the coach asap, they will continue to sink.
