Smurfing is an issue but sometimes you’re just bad as well. You can’t always blame the enemy team of smurfing whenever you lose. A lot of times, the supposed smurfer will walk peek an op or constantly spray and pray and still get kills because you’re just that bad. A real smurf would be tapping heads left and right.

Pretty much sums up valorant. I had 2 rage hackers laughing that they hadn’t been caught in 2 weeks and promoting it. Next game I had a Smurf on the enemy team. Game after that I got the Smurf, an immo3 smurfing in play diamond lobbies and holy shit. The skill level from diamond to immo3 is worlds apart. The guy was a freak of nature. Smurfs just do it for the ego boost

it gets much easier to smurf the further down the rank stack you go. i noticed on my climb through bronze that there were people dropping 40+ like every other game, whereas now in gold i can recall maybe 3 times over 50 games where a guy was definitely smurfing. here’s the big reality check: an incredibly small amount of smurfs 5 stack to boost people, so the odds of them landing on the enemy team or your team are relatively equal. our friend at 10:05 is either not showing the scoreboards for a reason or happens to be an *extreme* outlier statistically.
