I don’t know about the “one of the worst agents in the game” thing. She isn’t near as bad as some of the low tier agents. She might not be “effective” in a lot of instances, sure, but she is just a middle to slightly “top-side” tier agent to be honest. Pretty much like Reyna or characters like that. That don’t “contribute” too much, but also can work just as fine. Even some pros are using her sometimes nowadays for the duelist choice (of course there’s still agents like Jett or Raze being the most prioritized ones).

Not only that, she also got a slight buff in the few patches (Raising the dmg to headshots on her ult now, and removing the dmg from the barrier is generally considered a buff to most teammates XD). And I think that, compared to Yoru, she’s slightly “better”, but both can totally work, at least on ranked games. People that don’t see that, are just closed minded more than actually “better than me”, because even I can see that she can work in some situations, and most ranks she’s totally fine to pick (Yes, not just low ranks, my dear plat/dia). But I do admit that some Neon players play extremely bad, not using her skills and stuff effectively, just like the typical “Ranked Jett Main” would. There’s always those ones that stick to our brains. So, when people like Shiro or Noodle use her effectively, people get surprised by her.

And yeah, for people saying that she is only good to people that can’t aim headshots, you could say that to literally any character, because you know… Everyone has a weapon??! It’s like saying that people that use Phantom can’t aim XD. There’s occasions and situations that Phantom might be better or worse than a Vandal, and that also applies to Agents today. Phoenix isn’t that terrible anymore (I personally don’t like to play him too much, but someone might like him, and the buffs they gave him actually helped him a ton, but of course he isn’t “perfect” yet), so even Phoenix can work in some occasions. It’s just a matter of knowing your strengths and weaknesses during a match-up, or a match overall (Knowing about the enemy’s agents, the map, their utill as well as yours, and stuff like that). Pretty much every character can work just fine nowadays. Yes, even Cypher, IF you play well with him (But let’s be honest, there’s not much you can butcher with Cypher, aside from his smokes and bad string placements. He’s just in a bad spot nowadays, with better options to pick than him, unfortunately).

neon was never considered one of the game’s worst agents; i think that’s a little bit overblown as a gimmicky theme of this video here (i understand why though). her ability to take space and throw off timings in any elo (especially on maps like breeze and fracture) make her a great duelist pick. if anything, phoenix and yoru would definitely take the mantle of the lowest picked and worst agents in valorant

Im sorry I normally love your videos ,but allow me to critisize this one.
I didnt know him , but he seems like a genuine person and amazing streamer.
But most of whats said in this video had no base at all out of my experience.
I grind valorant since its release ,jett was always viable for the longest I remember . and the clip you showed of his cracked jett had literally no jett in it ,its just him shooting with a ghost.
Jett had the highest pickrate in 2021 by huge margins ,smth around 80-90% if I remember correctly.
2nd of all I have no idea who stated neon is weak , the real troll agent of valorant ,thats not weak but trolly would be yoru.
Neon has been strong since her release everyone has done nothing but said she is strong and run and gunnish. she is harder to play so most of the neons out there are onetricks, but never did I see a neon flamed for being a neon.
its mostly yoru or omen.
for the rest of it ,amazing video really liked it 😀
