In order to know if comms is important why not host Gold Vs Gold since they arent gonna give valuable comms we can see if the not so helpful comms actually help them or not

i dont use comms bcoz im a female and they might shit talk me coz of that, but i always use my pings to comm and type in chat how much i hit the enemy or where they are last seen

Comm doesn’t affect me that much anymore cuz my map,sound awareness and match foresight improved a lot by the time I solo comped to plat(Now I’m immo 2 clutching rounds all cuz of my match foresight and map awareness)

I just think it was not the comms it was the aim duels that cost golds the match they had a pretty decent aim but just couldn’t match up against diamonds and ascendents

I wish I had more teammates with no comms, It has happened like 3 times all times the score was 12- 2 or something like that, but there was also a time where 4 (included me) used no comms, and they kept complaining about comms so it distracted the whole team, and we started to use comms. . . to tell him to calm down or to shut up, they were just a lot of complaints and no actual helpful call outs to begin with just complaining :/, common thing he said is “I need comms!”, “where are my comms” most of this was him rushing in first and dieing first

I was able to climp from Silver 2 to Diamond 1 in one month which was also my first real month playing and comms r useful ofc but i never really noticed it much
