communicating really makes you win games, but not something like this. for example when you queue up in ranked with a team that has a bad aim versus a team with a very good aim, that game is still winnable with good comms and teamplay, doesn’t matter if the other team communicates or not, you can win really hard games or at least make it even if you play the game right.

I feel like as an experiment, this video doesn’t achieve good results in the slightest. Comms are still essential, they build co-ordination that less skilled players might not have. There’s also a lot of trash talking ruining co-ordination further. And also, 2 teams of equal rank, where 1 is comming means the comming team wins. THAT’s the issue most people have.

the game gives you all the tools needed to play without comms, the minimap, the ping system, and the character voicelines to coordinate pushes, but they do have their limitations ofc
the problem with soloq is that people just don’t listen to these, someones actual voice just has more authority to tell someone what to do, but its still their problem if they cant listen to anything but that

I just had like 6 games where half of it had no comms so I was comming everything that was happening and ended up winning all the games. I would say comms are important even if it’s only you who’s doing it

I think it really depends how often you play with the people. At some point, you don’t really need to talk anymore, because you understand your team without.

As a low-elo player, when I use comms, my teamates usually do not listen to them, so in low ranks, comms are rendered useless

I feel like map should be enough for a player. Pings are good too. All I get from coms in Valorant is unnecessary noise that cover sound intel that I need. I relay on hearing in fps more than on my eyes at times.
