just asking tho will sen be in the kickoff tounrey cause they got a rough year
I‘m actually positively surprised by how good this format is.
LoL really needs to adapt imo, the current one is just not up-to-date anymore with SO little international competition and none at all for most Tier2 teams globally
Call of Duty needs to take some serious notes…….
Instead of expanding the tournament scene, why don’t you fix your game first?
I hope they have live audience in LA I’ll go to as many as I can
#1 statement
Valorant is getting much bigger.
631K (na peak viewership) vs (671K) every other lcq’s (4) peak viewership combined. Na had double the average viewership of the next most watched lcq and more average viewership than emea and east asia’s peak viewership (both had around 210k at peak viewership). All of these facts considered I think its unfair to make the biggest market for valorant share 10 spots with south america. This isn’t a knock on SA either because they have a relatively large fanbase that deserves at least 5 slots in this league (percentage wise). I just think at least one of either SA or NA will get fucked with losing spots in this international league despite being huge markets for viewership. Like if there were only 5 teams from NA and 5 from SA it think it would be unfair to NA who are literally twice as big as EMEA who is receiving ten slots all by themselves, not to mention the fact that more money and large esports orgs reside in NA compared to other regions. Why would riot neglect literally the region that makes them by far the most money. 7 out of the top 10 most valuable esports organizations had them in NA (with gen.g leaving na valorant recently, though the other 3 have teams in emea). On the other hand if Riot only gives 2-3 slots to BR and LATAM it is more or less killing the South American valorant scene which has premier teams like FURIA and Leviatan and LOUD and Kru and Ninjas in Pyjamas. I think that based on performances internationally it is fair to give emea 10 slots considering how dominant they are, but na is equally strong internationally but has just always been given fewer slots than EU. From a business perspective this doesn’t make sense to me and neither does it make sense based on “fairness”, not to mention that there will be only 1 lcq for all of the Americas.
There will be only 1 masters?
Didn’t shroud say something like he’ll continue with the pro scene if events are around LA?
I love how they chose such a chill person to announce the news that’s so hype
Brazil Fans Are Crazy For Every Esports, The Crowd Is Going To Be Insane. Hype!!!!

Love it kickoff tournament its gonna be insane and its in Brazil as well awesome! Would prefer the season i.e. champions to be a bit later on cover some of sept-oct in there might give players more break in between Masters – LCQ – Champions to prepare/rest no? But honestly this is clean! GG riot
There’s so much PRX in this like as a SGean I couldn’t be more proud and it goes to show they’ve alr placed their names as a team to remember albeit having had a poor champions run :((
We go again!
