I think these changes aren’t necessarily nerfs, but deliberate skill floor. A bell curve of risk to reward for skill always looks like this: A really high risky play pattern from beginners, as they dont know better. Less from moderate players, as safer can be smarter. But a high risk, like gambling a dash on an aggressively risky peek, sounds like something you want a professional to make the call on. I play a lot of Cypher and Chamber, so I can only speak with the minimal Jett I’ve played, but…

It’s not the death of Jett. She’s gonna stay really strong. Her constant, unpunishable opping got nerfed, but that’s not what a duelist is for in the first place. Jett’s smoke+dash combo onto site is incredibly strong. Her perfectly accurate knives are terrifying in a good players hands. You compare yay’s play and say “could jett do this?” and the answer is absolutely. The first one was literally just 4 pistol headshots, a sheriff wouldve done the same thing.

I dont think she is getting out of the meta she the only agent in the game that can entry a site on offense and play the op with the ability to get away anytime you want (if you time it right) on defense

I know we shouldn’t make excuses that we have bad luck or bad teammates but like my Smurf account is a higher rank than my main(I call it my Smurf because it has no skins) by a bit this account is gold 2 and my main is hardstuck silver 3 so im pretty sure im just unlucky

It’s just bad game/character design when players that used to main a duelist are now playing a sentinel just because it’s stronger. IMO chamber needs more nerfs or a rework to make him an actual sentinel, his 2 weapon abilities are quite literally the strongest weapons for what they cost. Practically a sheriff that’s better than the sheriff and an awp that’s infinitely better than the awp.
