You forgot about the most broken part of ISOs ability. You literally can’t counter it. Almost every agent in the game gives you a warning when they use their ability, and even the ones who don’t, give you time to avoid the ability, like breach for example. But with iso, by the time he yells his voice line, you’ve already been pulled into his ult, giving you zero chance to avoid it.

I think even after the nerfs Iso is a tad too strong. Having a 7 point ult means you can get 85/15 fights every 3-4 rounds and then STILL retain shield and that’s just NOT fun to play against.
