I think I’m the only one that liked the only dish, in solo q I was the only person that’d use the north side of the map so I had the fun 1v1 at dish every round xD
Split B heaven had some really cool moments, so the fracture nest changes may lead to some insane clips.
also i was thinking last night, and i believe alot of valorant players want to climb the ranks using just their learned hard skills. But what about their soft skills…. ive come to think that more players are held back by there LACK of soft skills that then damage their team chemistry and communication which can be a huge distraction. kinda random haha
I don’t see why the design overlap is a problem honestly. I wish classes were removed entirely.
Dish is where I went right side (defender wise) and basically silently walked as soon as the barriers dropped just to find the attackers too focused on the opening infront of them (orb way) than the side I’m on.
Basically I’d get 1-2 kills (4 if I’m lucky) and dip as Neon cuz the others r either too far into dish and try to double back or still at the entrance and can’t trade. It’s a coward strat but works every time. Now tho…
My 2 favourite maps were pearl and fracture. Now they’re both being changed. Does riot hate me or something?
it seems that they removed the cracks in the floors, which is just a chamber nerf lmao
The new fracture changes make viper a must pick by changing it they just made viper more stronger the rafter on ropes as well as drop can be walled off for control
They need to nerf Reyna’s overheal. Slow down the rate you heal so you’re vulnerable for longer if you want that 150.
Also how do they make changes to flashing initiators while ignoring breach?
I could see teams just 5 stacking b and playing retake A on fracture. Looks so tough to defend dish and main simultaneously with only 2 or 3 people, especially with prevalence of neon
the nest rafter totally looks like a “this is a spot to use the new controller for” thing, if the whole “wall-type smoker” rumors are correct
Idk why but the changes on A gave me a strong TF2 vibe lol, hadn’t thought of that game in a while
I disagree with your prospective on the agent changes. my reasons are the same as the reasons hitscan said. he made a video about it which explains why.
Riot love making viper stronger
I’m pretty sure the made the box on the left coming out of b main unable to wall bang it. Not sure tho but that is another change making it a bit easier to defend
Even though I don’t play her, in my opinion, Reyna just needs a total re-work in the manner of Yoru’s. They need to make her ult much better and more useful in post plant scenarios. If the future of pro-play concerns fighting over and collecting ult orbs, then especially for duellists the ult will be very important in getting the most use out of their role in team comps, especially for post plants. Reyna is at a major disadvantage because her ult is just not useful in a team game/pro setting. As she relies on getting kills to use her abilities, her ult needs to make it so that it is easier for her to get that initial kill, for example a durable entry blind to help her get into position to get a kill without being seen. This blind could be timed for 3 secs to force the player to make a tactical ult instead of ulting for the sake of it. A change like this could be a crucial addition to the post-plant strategies, retakes and desperate clutch scenarios for pro-teams that we so love to see, and I would love to see more Reyna played professionally as I think she’s fun to watch when played well.
I think there’s a possible consequence that people might be forgetting
Rise in Breach pickrates :))))
I haven’t been more happy for a patch since the controller rebalance patch. Last patch was close but the neon ultimate changes make me want to die.
Kayo left click pop flashes are already being used in pro play to enter Ascent tree. We’ll get to see more left click pop flashes in the future
it’s crazy how you can find even the smallest details and explain their impact on gameplay. best valorant channel!
least favorite map by a mile, like every change though nice to see
