Honestly for the monetization side of things, they should expand the shop and give more options for cosmetics not just the weapon skins. The banners and buddies being behind timed exclusives when the bundles come on sale is a real shame. I’d be fine buying some of those months after release for a few hundred VP.
Egg is right, they wouldn’t keep making the skins that they do at the price they are if they were not profitable. The truth is there’s always going to be some amount of people that are buying the newest skins so even releasing very similar looking sets is profitable.

You can tell they’re not trying to make outstanding unique sets EVERY TIME, but you can tell when they do. My main gripe is the inconsistency with pricing. Reaver has so many features for a 1775VP skin, unique model, shot sound, kill sound, ace sound, unique reload animation, 4 variants. Yet they will price the mostly ugly greenscreen skins at the same level as reaver/oni. I just can’t understand that, at least price the lower feature sets at a lower price like they did for infantry/wasteland. Honestly I want to see more skins like infantry and wasteland, effects are overrated by now, everyone has them.
