A large majority of people that say Vandal is better are people who actually subconsciously know that Phantom is better. Most people that say Vandal is better play the Vandal like its the Phantom, that is, they always crouch spray. What’s the point of buying a Vandal and crouch spraying? Use a Phantom, it will make your life easier.
