6:14 honestly, the entire time I was watching the video that was the idea that made the most sense to me. To say there’s more feels “scraping the end of the barrel for me. Its clear a year after “Die for you” that the lore in these music videos are basically minuscule, cause the purpose of the songs isn’t lore, its the anthem for champions, to hype you up for the upcoming matches that happen at the peak of pro play. Valorant has been completely strict so far with its universes; there’s only alpha and omega, duking it out for each other’s radiantite. For them to introduce more realities in a “semi-canon” music video (if its canon at all) wouldn’t really make sense for me, as the bulk of the lore has always been the episodic cinematics. The message of the video is that in a match, anything can happen, it always comes down to what an individual thinks and who they’re up against. Some players fail, dying early like that first raze, while others are able to make that split-second decision for victory. Some players might go for the duel, other might opt to use util and just ult that solo player. A cool thing I noticed though is that when you get to the end where everyone makes it to the source of light, you can see the thing they’re after, a tiny box of radianite, like the one Phoenix heats up in the duality cinematic, with the radicore inside having the shape of the valorant champions trophy. For the agents, the radiantite is the core conflict between the two universes, their reason for fighting and reaching the light. For the players, its the peak, the Champions trophy that they’re fighting each other for, to prove they’re the best. That’s why there’s never one person going for the light and holding the box when that final chorus dropped, they kept switching it out with different players because the champion could be anyone, from anywhere. That for me is the simple message for “Fire Again”.
I just thought that the places they’re venturing on are just outside the Maps: Split (Chamber), Fracture (Astra), Icebox (Jett), Bind (Raze)
So is this why Valorant has multiple rounds? Lore wise, it would explain that different rounds could equal to different realities cuz you know, valorant would be pretty boring if we only just played one round lmao.
ASTRA IS IN THERE !!
Yo cypher recorded this since he didn’t die thats why its so good
The cube at the end looks like a heated radiantie core like in the cinematic
While watching this video, I used the logic of Marvel’s timeline. Every small decision we make affects the timeline, branching into different realities. The small decision such as astra choosing to go to the left or to the right. It is just so cool to see small different things occur in different universes. After 6:18, I also feel that it could be riot saying every decision that the pro players make can affect the whole game, making many ways that the game is played out. But I like the lore part of this as well.
Jeppy thinking that the music video was made around the video…
You missed the blastpack being used before the breach arms being shown
I like how this clip is the most FPS gaming clip ever, with different rounds and games, its a multiverse of madness.
they raze satchel befor using breach arm
Epicc
A night split?damn
I think the person at 9:34 is TL Scream
Why was tenz and shroud in here??? they didn’t even make it into Champions. Riot is so biased not even presenting the proper teams and pro players that made it. Bad misrepresentation man
I love how you manage to find all the easter eggs and lore secrets inside everything!
The three abilities used from the agents against chamber at 4:56 are all abilities from the agents from the die for you music video, not sure if this was intentional, but still pretty cool.
What is it with that bubblegum bubble that Raze made (01:38), it’s similar to the one KJ makes on the Ep5 loading screen… another hint of their rumored relationship?
At 9:02, I think the guy with the black, orange and white jacket is Nosyy. He was a breach player for a while and looked like that in many of his vid thumbnails too.
6:58 me when i try to make a play with jett ult + dash and updraft
