first of all I think the video title is missing *IN COMPETITIVE* since u picked all the stats from profesional Gameplay which usually is really different to the ranked or casual experience. Even with that, I dont agree with some points because I dont think u should only rely on stats to represent the whole impact of the headhunter. Anyways I still love your content but my opinion is different here.

there could be more factors to eco rounds from different eras of the game. Gun balances could have been different. Agent abilities could have been different leading to rounds have different outcomes. there are more factors then just chamber being released to conclude that chamber doesn’t win more eco rounds.
Come on man, for once you gotta take into consideration skill diversity in lower ranks. Sure the head hunter isn’t over performing in pro play, but that’s because pro players build entire strategies to mitigate this. In the chaos of ranked, its entirely plausible for chambers to go whole entire matches running HeadHunter only, just to save to get themselves Ops. And this shit is viable. The headhunter on its own in a vacuum isn’t a problem, its all the options it provides combined with chambers other abilities. The fact that his Trip is only 150, the fact that his teleport is free, the fact that every few rounds he gets an Op for free. In ranked, this makes him ridiculous. Should we nerf him for ranked? I’d say a tweak is at least reasonable. Make it so the Headhunter does less to the body to punish the player. For pro players it wont matter as much, for lesser players, they should be punished if they try to lean on a 150 cred per bullet gun that has the potential to take out Full kitted players and miss.
It’s overrated UNLESS I picked Chamber that game. In which case, it needs a buff immediately.

The fact that you keep your bullets in the headhunter is very overlooked imo. You basically get a mini-guardian every single round which, if you are smart enough to choose your shots wisely, as well as getting some kills, puts a TON of economic pressure. Combine that with Chamber’s ult meaning he doesn’t have to buy either, potentially twice a half. So although it seems that Chamber’s addition didn’t increase eco-round wins, it would be interesting to analyze his affect/pressure on the other team’s economy, particularly non-mirror matchups.
It can be 50/50 imo. I remember ruining opponents full buy rounds with the headhunter during ecos and also getting shitted upon in bad days.
It is a very powerful ability if you consider not what it is capable of doing but what it is supposed to do. That is being an ” emergency tool “

The headhunter needs to be able to do something more than a one shot head shot kill to justify 100/150 credit bullet purchase in my opinion..
imo the headhunter is at a good place, however they should consider nerfing its fire rate.. for a ability called headhunter, it’s strange how its very fast fire encourages spam/bodyshots
Amazing gun that can win u 4 rounds, first 2 on attack, first 2 on defense if played correctly, other rounds are 50/50, its not difficult to use as you can literally scope in along with tp away if u miss the first shot, great on save round if u buy 2 bullets with light, max it over 2-3 rounds depending on w or l, and use it on that round as a save, literally can be the best gun in the game if u play ur tp and aim for heads.
I don’t think its overrated, its definitely great and above average in terms of cost to usage.
I understand your opinion and explanation, but the head hunter isnt OP as an individual player. The head hunter is op because on eco, chamber can just buy that while his teammates can buy actual guns
during normal play the quick draw (and no reload) from the ability comes in clutch when you miss a few shots, and on a sentinel role where in pro play you often only need one trip to watch the flank.
maybe overpowered is an exaggeration but it does get loads more impact than other sentinel abilities
