I agree with everything except for Cypher, he is still good on Breeze, Fracture, and decent on Haven. So low C tier might be more suitable.
Fade def needs a nerf, dogs take too many shots to kill. Just to break it down, her dogs are very similar to Skye ult, but her dogs seem much more aggressive and you could potentially have to deal with two in a round. god forbid your trying to clutch a 1v1 against fade and she has 2 dogs, played right, that can be an impossible situation. Imo making the dogs have significantly less health, would give fade fair counter play.

i think there’s a pretty good reason why at the highest level, teams are consistantly picking omen over astra on most maps and team comps now. i think you underestimate astra’s small amount of utility and how much of an impact it has on her power level. i do not think that teams are underestimating astra and overestimating omen. i think that they understand that astra’s utility, while individually great, altogether there is just not enough of it available throughout the round.
earlier today i was watching one of your twitch vods and at one point you were ranking the agent abilities. when you were talking about astra’s recalled star, you called it a “free ability,” but i think that’s completely inaccurate. while it is a useful ability, recalling an astra star puts that star on cooldown for 25s, and this is the only part of astra’s kit that recharges in the first place. in comparison, the cooldown of an omen smoke is 30s, a marginally longer cooldown for an entire full length smoke. recalling an astra star costs about the same as using an omen smoke, it just feels “free” because astra players are just starved for utility so a normal cooldown based ability feels free in comparison.
astra’s smokes, while they technically have a 25s “cooldown”, each cost a star, stars that you only get four of per round which you have to share between all your abilities (and today i learned that they are nearly a second shorter than omen smokes! marginal but whatever). omen can consistently have smokes available throughout the round no matter how long the round extends, and that is incredibly valuable. on astra, you start the round with a maximum of four potential smokes (smokes that by themselves are generally slightly weaker than omen smokes because they can’t be uses as one ways as flexibly). if you use a suck (you will, otherwise why are you even playing astra) that’s three smokes for the entire round. if you use a stun (or you want to wait the 45s for the suck to come back up) that’s two smokes for the entire round. i’m sure that most of the teams at the top level at this point have realised that **two to three smokes per round is not enough.** (yes, brim has three smokes, but his smokes are 5s longer than astra smokes and he also has a molly and a stim on top of that). assuming a round lasts about two minutes, omen potentially has access to 6 smokes throughout the round. yes, the smokes are not global, yes the smokes are slower, but he has so many more of them! and he can use them without sacrificing his other abilities.
omen: (5-6)*15 = 75-90 seconds of smokes
brim: 3*19.25 = 57.75 seconds of smokes
astra: (2-3)*14.25 = 28.5-42.75 seconds of smokes
if you think that teams are overrating omen and underrating astra, i think you’re underestimating the value of the smokes of smokes characters.

Wtf yoru is very good, just because in pro play he has a low pick rate cuz his kit is new in the game that doesen’t mean that he is a bad agent

I will not ever get why they buffed Kayo. He needed nerfs if anything (not major nerfs- but nerfs) and I really hope they adjust that. Similarly, Fade nerfs probably should be quality of life cause I don’t think her kit is OP but it just is consistent and combos really well. I wouldn’t really know how to nerf her other than maybe her Nearsight/Deaf lower the time but even then i don’t know how much that’ll help. I Do think Breach is B-tier and the Initiators is the most balanced class.

I think omen is overrated, since he is good on the same maps as Astra and most of the Time does the same job but worse
I think what you say is so spot on, it is a puzzle to me why people still crying over chamber so much, it’s feel like they are those type of people who depend on chamber to climb rank lol.

I think for fade, she either needs a small nerf to her prowlers, or reverting sovas drone nerf to give her more competition. We want a world where fade and sova both have their maps, and a couple of them can go either way. Right now it’s just fade
I think one nerf they can do for fade is make the prowler one hit to kill. I mean the only reason u shoot it is if it already spotted u cos if not you’re gonna be giving up ur position. So it won’t change the function of prowler. The problem I have with the 100hp is, fade throw 2 prowler, other agent like skye also throw dog or whatever, I end up with no bullets to kill anyone rushing into the site I’m defending
