I have a friend that plays very well, he is currently Diamond-3, and he was banned for using Recoil-Reductor. He was surprised that he got banned, cause he did not think he was doing something wrong

cheating seems like so much money if you have to keep buying cheats and changing your software only to have your accounts banned again and again, I just dont see what you get out of it- that one game where you top frag rlly doesnt seem worth it :/

my guess for the mid air headshots cheat is that
since valorant has a tracer system (bullets don’t actually exist, if you click and something is there, it gets hit), the cheat takes the shot and where it will go and changes where your gun is aiming so it will land as a headshot
something along the lines of
mouse click -> bullet tracer processing spread -> cheat processing -> cheat moving gun for headshot -> “bullet” fires

I had a friend who cheated, I warned him and he said it wouldn’t get detected because it was “changing the game’s code”. I told him that all cheats do that, but he didn’t believe me. He had spent money on the game and got banned.

The part of the cheat key caught my atention you can try to crack the cheat and stop paid for cheats. Try to use wireshark or something similar to scan if the cheat send the key to one external service to verify the status of the key if that is the case you can easy “crack” the cheat.
