Great podcast, the only thing that raises a flag for me was the convo around TenZ. Now I’m no TenZ fan, but to say that he might not have a place in the upper echelons of Valorant to me is ludicrous. I just feel like he is easily one of the most, if not the most talented players currently on the pro scene, and even on a team with, let’s face it, an IGL like ShahZ who, while being a great individual player, was not the best strategic or motivating team captain, top-fragged for the team. I think that with a hardcore system in place with a great coach like Sykko, in the next one or two years he stands a fair chance to make it into top 5, and maybe top 3, considering actually the competition. He’s already in the conversation with a very elite group of AWPers (I wouldn’t consider the proper category to be “duelists” for TenZ) with the following players:
– yay
– ardiis
– Cryocells
– Cned
– Aspas
– Derke
– Sayaplayer
– etc
And that’s with him stating that he lacked motivation. And with the chamber meta starting to fade (people anticipating nerfs), his stock value has to be going up, as I would argue he is top 3 Jett’s in the world, with yay and aspas. But we’ll see.

I love when analysts in any sport use recency bias to determine an outcome and are proven completely wrong to the point where they have to admit it. And I hope TenZ shuts up all his critics next year because he has the potential to be the best player in the game. Whether he can do it or not needs to be seen but I would love to see it happen.

See, i know these are a lot of players, but i think all of them deserve a spot on a roster that plays ascension or higher. I also know some transfers are almost completed like nukkye for example, still listed them here tho.

How’s some of the chat saying PRX getting deep runs was a fluke? They got 4th on iceland, 2nd on copenhagen, and got grouped in champs. From the looks of it, it seems more like them getting grouped was the fluke. Not to mention 2nd place curse.

Why are they treating teams like Loud and PRX in their current form (Loud losing 2 players so “bad” and PRX having a bad tourney in champs = “bad teams”) meanwhile C9 is treated with their potential in mind? If we’re talking about potential, we’ve already seen some of PRX potential in copenhagen and iceland.

I think the biggest snub no one is talking about is bdog. Arguably top 5 in his role and a beast at that. Honorable mentions of snubbing would have to go to Nismo and Dicey. Dicey has now proven himself on multiple rosters and has proven to be an INSANE talent on aggressive and oping roles. Babybay has a bit more name recognition imo but if I was building a team, Id for sure pick Dicey over him. Nismo was hands down one of the best players towards the end of the season in NA. He was an absolute force to be reckoned with and deserves to be on a partner team.

This guys dont learn, they are placing 3 actual champions in A tier and EU teams that not even get to the finals in S tier, those 2 news guys ion loud are not so far behind in aim, loud gonna have to shut some mouths again.

Only reason C9 is in S tier is because of Yay. They got smoked by 100T in LCQ. I don’t think Yay and Zellsis close that gap enough, when you factor in 100T picked up Cryo. Outside of Yay, 100T are arguably better at every role.

GE plan is simple….what SA region lack is discipline…..So the question what indian players do is that they will train under a structure team to grow so slowly they can fill in the slots as progress…….We have talent but not industry to support it……i believe lightning fast and skrossi are the only going korea with the rest and are the hottest prospect from the region!!!
