Sometimes it’s even helpful when a teammate leaves. We were (I think) 4:9 back and lost the last 3 rounds so 1 teammate left and then we lost the tenth game. After that we won 1 game because it was irrelevant and we pushed each other. Then another teammate left and we won 2 rounds 3v5. 1 came back and at the end we won a 4v5 13:11

A lot of times people I, unfortunately, get teamed up with are delusional cry babies. They think that everything it takes to win is through communication. They forget that they have a map, and can see pings through walls. If you so much as not say that you heard someone run up behind them while spectating, they’ll throw the game and everything starting from that point is your fault. But the reality is, at least in my experience, is that communicating through the mic is only 5%. I eventually got sick of using the mic only to be told to stfu and listening to mic spammers that break your eardrums. It was the best decision of my life. I climbed up to ascendant from plat in a span of 3 weeks with my voice chat and text chat disabled. I relied on pings, map info and, of course, my aim training to make it. So don’t ever listen to that one back-seating jackass that tells you to “turn on your mic or we lose”. Rely more on yourself and less on your teammates and you’ll find your disappointment grow less and less with every L you take.

Teammates arent the most peoples is consistency if you hit 50 kills that will mean something but if they are after round frags its not gonna matter much for me I only stay in my rank because I pop off but I am very inconsistent

You blame yourself and your team is good : you recognize you ARE the problem and you improve at the game slowly
You blame your team and your team is good : You’re throwing away your chance to improve, and you’re being a jerk and ruining someone else’s improvement.
You blame yourself and your team is bad : even if you’re not “part of the problem”, you recognize you’re the only thing you can control. How empowering!
You blame your team and your team is bad : Congrats! You’re correct! You may not have learned anything or have been very nice to other people, though.

I do think that not tilting is important since you play obviously worse when you are tilted. However sometimes I can’t help but tilt.
Tonight in every single game (6 total) I heard the N word with hard ER, antisemitism, arabic racism and a racist black dude called me “white monkey” multiple times talking about how he’s gonna practice coitus with my “Sexy white ape bimbo bxtch girlfriend”, which I’m honored that he thinks I’m good enough to have a girlfriend.
So, idk wtf is up with ppl tonight but hell to the no, I’m out. ✌

The reason the sage stayed back with the op was because in low elo a lot of people lurk to gaurd the flank when the team rotates.

This is the problem in hell elo. I think I can easily go plat but my team comms and playing solo is holding me back.

I tried to communicate positively in all my matches, but most players in hell elo are not listening.

I like valorant. Im trying to climb but i know w it wont be easy. But i mute everyone 24/7…. Even my own mic cause i do get toxic…. Although ive been thinking off leaving mic on but mute everyone and just get use to at least calling out things and thats it.

but i am working on things to improve.

i feel thanks to my pass cs day it has given me a huge edge over new players.

But valorant is still different so im trying to focus on things ive learned (youtube, twitch)

Like last two days my goal was “do not re peak spot u show……. This is basics”

So when i listen. I do good, if i dont re-peak and just find a new spot i do really well.

But as soon as i go to peak

“Bam hs” or (re-peak) now there 2-3

I feel so stupid afterwards

so yea i agree but don’t agree cause every video in any online multiplayer says the same shit

“Its not ur team, u can climb, agent dont matter, focus you blah blah blah”

But the majority of players still stay at a certain level (low gold and down). Which is usually 50% or more
