True silver here thinks he is not silver

Gamesence is not great (does not check anything almost all the time and overall makes bad decisions)

Comms are bad (considering the comment of his in game teammate)

Aim is straight up rng (his super high sense is like an anchor that brings him down to the depths of inconsistent, pray-to-hit aim. Instead of calmly taking the crosshair to an enemy head, he randomly wiggles the crosshair and hopes to hit an enemy which doesn’t work for him at all.)

So what he needs to get a real diamond in the future:
learn how to communicate with people and how to tell info correctly.
Play more to better understand how the game works and watch how good people on YouTube play to improve his gamesence.
About aim, definitely lower your sensitivity to something that makes you feel comfortable and lets you aim consistently without praying to have a good crosshair placement.

My rank got reset from d3 (asc 2 peak) to s3. Is Valorant ok? Or is it having a seizure cuz this sht is so fkn horrible. I climbed to p2 with 3 double rank ups in 1 day but its not even close to my former rank smh. I didn’t even do my placements that bad (Wins to losses: 3-2; wins were absolute stomps and losses were stomps as well, didn’t mvp any of them). Can someone enlighten me as to why I dropped 10 ranks?

Yeah if he’s actually stuck in Silver it has to be a mentality or communication problem. If he’s just silver because he hasn’t played much then just play more and he’ll climb.

Should my EDPI be such that I can do a 90 degree turn or a 180 turn from center to edge of my mousepad? Right now I play at 264 EDPI (800 DPI and 0.33 sens) and that lets me do pretty much an exact 180 from center-to-edge and a 360 from edge-to-edge on the mouse pad. I’m debating lowering it since it still feels really shaky and twitchy in game.

I mean…to be fair, I’m Diamond right now and get out aimed by my friends in Silver/Gold sometimes. Great aim is one thing but util usage, sense, site take effectiveness, comms, etc. is the thing that drives rank.
