What a disappointment, this really can’t go right in my opinion. But what else do we expect from Riot Games
Valorant was made with Pro-Play in mind, yet they are falling behind CSGO when they actually had the advantage
Paper Rex still on top 4 – 2 at S tier
They have to include relegations/promotions and mid season open cups to give 2nd tier teams experience against 1st tier teams etc. It’ll grow old very quickly without and the 1st tier roster churn will be ridiculous without it.
why all the teams that got in are na?
Trash game anyway
So they had a great competitive scene and then cut a massive chunk out to give massive high income orgs the spot light again. Nice -_-
should be 12 for NA and 14 for EU, if NA got 12 slots they could have NRG SEN V1 C9 100T TSM FAZE SR GHOST EG XSET OPTIC and for EU the teams should be as followed FNC FPX TL GLD M3C (hopefully if they get bought) G2 ASCND NAVI BIG BBL OGLU FKS, I didnt include TGRD purely for the fact they dont have any history in other esports however if they got bought by a team like MOIST or any team with either a history or forseeable future in esports i definitely think they would make it. 8 is too small for all these top dogs.
Boycott EVO
Thumbnail shoulda had chamber on the 2023 side and Jett on the 2022 side lol
This is so ass. I am afraid Val is gonna die since as an Esport it is already unerpreforming, and with new changes it is gonna underpreform even more. Screw it when the most veiwed and notable team is tier 2 team who has content creators such as TenZ, Shroudh, Sahz . That says it all about Val as an Esport. I did not expect it to go hand to hand with CS, and specially not with Dota2 or League, but I expected it to become 4th most relevant and known Esport, that will at least have similar conditions as CS. And thus far, they misarabley failed… I stopped playing CS for Val, but still watch evrey big CS:GO event, while I have never watched a Valorant one, even when I try I gave up quickly cause it was so boring and underwhelming. From bad talents, and casters to mediocre teams competing even in later stages of the tournament, from bad shape of brackets, groups etc, and tournament organisation itself at first place, to bad and not creative pannels and analist deks… Evntualy to the fans themselve after all. There is just no hype, nor viewership whatsoever. Event is happening, and I barely know it is going on, condicering there is almost no hype for it at all… Just hope, game will grow, even when the Esports dies, which concidering how it is going thus far, specially with these new changes is gonna be pretty soon….
Why is there a “dont @ me” on the top left corner?
CSGO>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>Valorant
So they created a football system. In each division, best teams get promoted to the higher tier than they were and the lowest teams is demoted to the next lower tier. I think it is clever, if it is what i think, because you have to show your potential and rise, otherwise you will have to see what has gone wrong and work it out.
I have no clue what im talking about but why not do the csgo path
I think the pro scene would turn out into something like the pro scene in overwatch where it just died down due to the exclusivity of the scene. I think this would be bad considering how young the game is. I hope they notice and know that having the scene open like in csgo, promotes and invites so much players and teams.
Man, I love her so much. Not gonna lie.
Riot really do know how to destroy pro scenes. Time to quit Riot entirely then.
MONEY MONEY MONEY riot doesnt really care about the future
Remember that with this new system riot said they would also provide more path to pro options in game so new players will still have options to grow and compete.
