good change
YOooo baron bunny in the back!
Cant wait to see Riot do another spotlight program like they did for League, only to show ZionSpartan as “New talent in the scene” on his return to pro play. No hate to ZS, but how is one of the old guard “new talent”? Hoping Val doesnt follow NA League, but making almost the same choices doesnt exactly inspire hope
how to throw away the goodwill and community valorant had in 3 easy steps.
Just play CSGO instead lmao
The fuck is wrong with RIOT? This is why DOTA 2 is the most successful esports, Team Spirit, a underdog team, no one knows them until they crush all teams in TI. So yeah…
imagine trying so hard to make a new esport just to kill the community 2 years later.
Valve > Riot
Val esports dies with this honestly
We already had an Astralis era in cs, here’s to hoping Astralis starts a valorant roster
the esports teams better make some sort of boycott this.
The only thing riot is good at, is to copy other games and call them their own, (lol=dota) (valorant = cs mixed with overwatch)
I really think, that riots system work for League, but I really enjoy the turnament style of CS even though valve doesn’t seem to care about them. Still to see new teams competing with the best changing from turnament to turnament is really fun to me. If there has to be a league system like in Sports I feel like that there should be at least 10-12 teams so more Orgs have a chance to start and you should be able to relegate since that is what brings new talent to the highest Level. I feel like you can really see how few players from NA came into the LCS through those Tier 2 Leagues. Giving those players and teams the chance to either relegate to a tier 1 league system or even to be able to compete in internation / interregional turnaments is a thrill in itself.
Something, something, Insert T-Bagging joke here.
Blizzard alarm going 🚨 🚨 🚨
Ngl maybe I’m not getting something but bc they haven’t figured out the lower scene this seems dumb asf
yeah val dead 💀
I think everyone agrees its too early. Becuase nobody knows if it will actually work or not. It feels like Riot is getting a bit too comfy with how well valorants doing….
Why did they blow up a perfectly good thing. The qualifications to get into valorant tournaments seemed good. Now I have to watch a down bad team like TSM at masters because no actually good team could compete against them.
CSGO does this with just about all the top 20 teams, various orgs like BLAST, ESL, PGL have their own “partners”. The teams get an automatic invite doesn’t mean they won’t play like shit and lose there still is competition. The main focus is the team having a good track record
