But is it an aim routine or just a daily practice?
Sena is so elite he has 2 intros
what agent should i play during the unrated step?
If one week of this doesn’t improve my bot spray and pray mentality nothing will
any tips for people who crouch when you’re in a gunfight? I have really good crosshair placement and am getting much better with headshots but it’s so hard when I’m trying to get someone in a gunfight and they just crouch, then spray and pray :/
Before this video was out, I was hitting clean headshots with the guardian mostly from fishy hair but now my aim isn’t as good and I have to spray more. Do you know what to do? I think it’s because I’ve ranked up and the players are more skilled but I want to see your thoughts about it.
What a great video! Your earlier video has help me climb from bronze to gold and once I start this routine I’m sure I can climb higher. Thanks so much Sena <3
sena is so good that he hard carrys my ranked games without playing with me <3
i have good aim. it’s just that my brain ends up spraying sometimes or not focusing on the head
Sena your vids have made me a much better player I’ve gone from Bronze when I started to now being Immortal 1! the struggle of being stuck in diamond and your perfectly timed videos about mentality along with being a better teammate all seriously helped me
yes i agree with the sheriff or guardian headshot thing, u feel like ur using hacks after getting a rifle
Honestly as I’ve gained more experience I agree that the sheriff is the best way to train. Emphasis on the sheriff, as I’ve practiced my aim I can say practicing using the guardian might not be the greatest idea. Because the guardian has way better bullet spread, while the sheriff is the same as the vandal
While I love the video I found this section of the video kinda confusing
“It’s like compound lifts” exercises that work multiple muscle groups at the same time.
“you’re working on one specific muslce” the opposite of a compound lift, this is the definition of isolation exercises.
“rather than doing the entire set” set completion has nothing to do with compound or isolation movements, it’s just a group of repitions, you use sets whether the exercise is done as a compound or isolation movement..
Compound = Multiple muscle groups & joints
Isolation = Singular muscle group or joint
Set = A group of repetitions/reps
Rep = A single performance of the exercise or action
Love the video outside of this one thing but thought I would comment just incase you genuinly didn’t know the terminology, also while deathmatch is obviously more isolated than an actual game especially when you are hyper focused on a specific movement or habit it’s still no where as isolated as aim-training in an aim trainer, however, it is still actually an isolation because even in lifting you can never truly isolate one muscle group, you will always requrie support from surroundign groups and the antagonistic muscles will play a role aswell just because bodies are stupid, but we call them isolation movements because its as close as you’re going to get lol, so I personally do think that so long as you’re putting in effort to isolate a habit while doing deathmatch it should still be considered and treated as an isolation movement, please do know that that’s just an oppinion though so if someone wants to argue it’s a compound because theres simply too much other stuff involved then I can totally see where you’re coming from, but generally the things we train in deathmatch are far too difficult and niche to train in near perfect isolation such as raw aim mechanics!
sena in 2023: new updated method better then the previous one to improve aim in 3 days get better aim then a radiant by this routine *2023*
whenever i watch ur vids while playing val i start Poppin off. thanks for making these they’ve helped me a lot

My biggest tip in the earlys learning and improving was when i played death match I worked my way down the guns doing the same thing in the video strafing constantly until i guaranteed the headshot moving from a vandal in the beginning and now i only warm up with the classic because its 2-3 headshots perkill
“Thats not a knife” 🙁
Valorant should introduce headshot only DM
comment for the algorithm 🙂
