I think chamber nerf is either matching his headhunter damage to a regular sheriff or making his op felt like a regular op or maybe riot will go to the extreme by only giving you 1 bullet for the op and it recharge 1 bullet everytime you got a kill(similar to jett knives)

I think the best thing to do with the phantom is going to be maybe increase it’s headshot damage in long distance but instead either nerf the fire rate or first bullet accuracy

Honestly I dont mind the cypher rn. But if theres buffs coming to cypher Im all for it. Since I play him a lot. I think phantom is fine. Although its just so inconsistent. I’ll be hitting a 140 hs on somebody while they flick to my head and do 160. Which is kind of irritating.
