NEWS ABOUT 6 MONTHS AGO AND ALSO LEAGUE IS FRANCHINSED SO CMON BRO SUCH A TERRIBLE VIDEO
I thought you already made a video in this ? No ?
Bro league of legends isnt healthy. The player base is either addicted like a drug or they are stuck playing it cuz of how much money they invested or put into the game. The balancing could be better doesnt change the fact that for every tood nerf their are broken buffs and or the new champ release is broken
Overwatch over-controlling the competitive scene with franchising is what killed the scene there. It makes it completely soulless and it feels so artificial.
How about like a tier 1-franchised league alongside a tier 1-open league both coexist. However many teams are in the franchised league the same amount of slots are in the open; example: 16
teams in the league, 16 teams for the open, challengers 3 is a 32 team playoffs bracket with top 2 teams going to the masters? The only games that are streamed/broadcasted are the tier 1- franchised league games during challengers 1 & 2.
im the one thousanth like :DDDD
maybe riot might see the mistakes that overwatch made with it’s tier 2 teams, but that being said I remember that the overwatch league still being very enjoyable to watch. if you like the team you support and you can support them with in-game cosmetics to represent your favorite team. I can see how it is very easy to mess it up especially with teams that don’t make it but It’s easier to familiarize yourself with a team near where you live than with titles you may have never heard of.
Honestly I think that riot should just give up on franchising. Valorant is still growing and putting franchising into the mix stops most of that growth and provides no benefit to the competitive scene whatsoever.
Valo is already dead…..smurfs are a real big problem…….shit game…
The idea of a Tier 2 league is what I would’ve suggested. After every season few Tier 1 teams get demoted and same number of Tier 2 teams are promoted idk, kinda like football. Also i’m pretty sure CS:GO has this system, so it would be nice to see it implemented in Val.
Let’s do it like in soccer. Let’s say, if you are Immortal you can come in a really low League with weekly (or another time period) games. There are many of this Leagues and the higher it goes the less Leagues exist. And 1-3 League is pro League and there is each only one time.
I organize Tier 2 tournaments, and the amount of orgs that are backing out of valorant now are ASTOUNDING. Same with players, some are moving to collegate. Tier 2 is now a absolute fuckfest.
Coach Milfs
you gotta fix your video titles
I feel like valorant is sort of a lost game that doesn’t know what it wants to be. It should be a mix of both csgo and overwatch but i feel like it falls short of both of those things. The only reason it’s surviving as an esport right now is because of the team play value you can get out of the game. The game doesn’t really reward good aim the way that it should. The way the maps are setup makes every engagement feel redundant. The barriers make it so that pretty much only one of three things will happen once they drop. The fact that there is a duelist role in a game where the guns are universally purchasable seems like poor game design. I think abilities should help make getting kills an easier task but i feel like the kill potential or reliance on kills that duelists have makes the game feel less competitive and more of a dick swinging contest sometimes. The versatility of each agent in their role would simply shine more without duelists and allow for more interesting comps to form. Sure duelists are important for entry on attack but it basically devolves into a bill run onto site everyone just spams everything they can to make it. I wish the game was more so centered around enhancing the csgo experience through a unique mix of what csgo was already offering for the most part. Instead they just have some absolutely broken characters which they use the maps to balance, which makes the map layouts feel boring. The worst part is the subtle RNG in the spray patterns to make the game more noob friendly, all it’s really doing is ruining the game for everyone else. The movement inaccuracy doesn’t punish you all that much. I find the movement in val to feel so unnatural. It’s faster than csgo but slower than cod or apex. It all just feels so forced gameplay wise
in league they didn’t immediately went to franchise. It was after many years they had relegations were the top 2 t2 teams could fight against the 2 worst t1 for their spot. I wish they go in that direction.
So make it be like CS. Who woulda think a bad game is run by even worse devs.
I think that the best way for this too work is too have teams be promoted/demoted dependent on how they do in T1/T2, and T2 (or T3 if that becomes a thing) remains unfranchised
Valorant is crap.
Firstly, I want from new system ability to climb to the good tier tournaments if you put enough effort. Overwatch system looked more complex and difficult to understand. Secondly, It would be nice to have tournaments like first strike from the beginning of the valorant to find new talents from huge variety of people. So many ideas but i know it cant or will not be realised.
