Still doesn’t excuse the fact that someone having a 20 plus losing streak is ridiculous. Your mmr or whatever it is should not be up to 4 other kids who 50% of the time are dogshit at the game and aren’t consistent players.
They need to greatly reduce the loss of mmr depending on how good you do in the game.
There’s no reason why I should be down ranking when I’m match mvp. It’s not fair, it’s not our fault that our teams have 4 ppl who are inept at the game 😂😂

Been having ranked games with +25 kills and minimal deaths, and either get paired with teammates that can’t even get 7, seem lost, or actually trap me in corners and take me down to half health or straight up kill me with utility. That last problem I got 3 games in a row. The only hope to escape is playing with people but even with a duo it’s impossible to escape.

I’ve mostly noticed the game overcompensating. Like after a loss it wonders if you should be in that rank and tries to see if you can carry people 3 to 5 levels under you. (Like p2 with g1) resulting in a lot more losses

I think it makes more sense if losers queue is the whole game is players that lost so then half of the people that lost will win and hopefully half the other people will win next game

When you lose. Another team wins. Everyone’s win rate is around 50% unless you’re under or over ranked. That’s how matchmaking works. Losers queue is the braindead assumption from someone who doesn’t understand bad luck.

Just look at your win rate. It says it all.

I don’t think an honor system would fix toxicity. The problem is when people who are toxic match with people who are toxic, and then they don’t play well, they get reported or smth, and then they are more likely to match with toxic players or smth like that. It would be terrible for people who are toxic because they’re constantly surrounded by people who are toxic, possibly making them more toxic and so on.

While they cant force you to talk. Personally if you have a mic plugged in and arent talking it should be treated like comms ban. When you get comm banned you cant play comp period point blank.you are allowed to play unrated though. Valorant is already viewing or rather listening to our conversations. So its not like it is impossible. The system must recognize you have a microphone in. So if it recognizes that then why cant it be used to fix comms not actually being utilized?

While you’re on a losing streak, you either get depressed or hyper aggressive to win both hindering rest of the match. Take a break and try again later, works for me.

That’s partially true… they do whatever they can to keep you at 50% win rate… and I don’t like it. I’m usually playing against higher level players than me because of that, and makes way harder to rank up without playing all day everyday.

I would prefer to win regular RR and win 80% of my matches and rank up fast that way than winning “more RR”, but only winning 50% of the matches and after a long grind, finally reach my “true rank”. Having a “hidden elo” is just dumb af. They are basically forcing you to play a lot to match your hidden and in game elo.

There’s definitely a loser queue even though they wont admit it. I got stuck in d2 this week and finally got to d3 last night. It feels like you get queued to a worst team when you are about to rank up like it does in LoL

It’s what overwatch did with endorsements and having a lvl based off if you’re a good team player and your teammates and enemies positively reporting you for reasons like sportsmanship and other things which would be a great idea because if you’re a positive person and it shows you should be able to play with other people like that and it would make the community better in some aspects and make the game more fun because you’ll most likely win more and everyone will be less toxic if you are
