Yeah tar wood seems useful.
I think the opposite of jazz would be classical.
You must have forgotten put your workbenches under your builds, so you’ll have more space to work with and if you wanted to make your portal room stand out more have dark wood divider windows all the way around it. 🙂
when dealing with tar i drag lox to deal with it
The atgeir is good aganst mobs if you get more of them than you can handle. Use second attack to push them away and escape or attack them while staggered. Perfect agenst leaches in the mistlands.
Don’t forget you can do pretty cool looking cobblestone paving with the hoe if you have the stonecutter in range. It still costs a little stone but it looks awesome and is cheaper than paving with foundations.
Also, you can get fine wood pretty easily in the meadows from the oak and birch trees there. Also don’t forget that you can grow pretty much any kind of tree. They even make good decoration in your base if planted carefully.
For roofs on round buildings, squares work best. Basically you want to frame the roof as a square that is larger than the circle. Sometimes it’s hard to get the spacing to line up correctly because circular buildings end up being a slightly odd size and not an exact multiple of standard foundation “blocks”. Use outside corners to uild the square up to a pyramid that ends in a point directly above the center of the circle, looks dope AF.
Crystal/glass walls with the cage walls built into them is a really cool look and would be awesome for the portal room, lots of natural light with a kind of “stained glass” effect.
Also also, the block damage will go up on the atgeir as you upgrade.
Atgeir = ‘at-gear” (hard G like get or go)
@kage848 if you can drain the tar pits out they have pickable tar at the bottom of the pits that give a decent amount way more than killing the tar mobs one by one, now it can be a pain draining them but it’s well worth it you just gotta dig a trench and then dig the tar pit down into the trench to drain hope this helps!
Classical would be the opposite of Jazz
Hey Kage, don’t forget to save up some tar for you hot tub for extra comfort.🥂
Chamber music to oppose jazz. No interpretation allowed there.
lox on mt seed does to it was even harder to tame then this time
Kage you can drain the tar pits by digging a trench going downhill and then you can get all the tar in the pit.
Darkwood roofs is where its at!
The great thing about the Atgeir is when you have enough skill points (maybe in the 20’s), you can walk right up to a Lox, use your secondary attack and immediately stun lock them. Then you start jabbing them and on your third jab you’ll stun lock them again. So essentially, if you have enough stamina, you can keep attacking and they can’t attack back.
And you can put signs on the walls behind the portals stating the where portal goes to.
Berry jam 😂
Great Series, Kage…please move the windmill…it’s driving me crazy (I noticed it was too close to the steps when you placed it)
For planting crops, you can toggle walk and just pace your clicking to more easily space them out. Literally just walk forward and click at a rhythm. You’ll plant crops way faster than stopping and aiming after every “jog” step
The opposite of Jazz music you were trying to think of is Classical music. More specifically would probably be Baroque music, very set in stone and based on rules.
