I found a bug you take no damage while suffocating
love the video. Any way to add to it for some sort of horde design? video for a underwater horde base would be great
What if you put an awning over the glass room that extends out a bit on all sides. Then while you couldn’t see up, maybe you could see out the sides without it being visible from out top. Sure looks like a hassle though.
Between you can Cap00 I am seeing a completely viable underwater base being a viable thing.
the absolute best way to do it is just outside the base dig down 3 then towards your base 3 and then back up 3 and place ladders on both sides. you will have water in that tunnel but you will have 0 problems with water inside the base
shore not flooding because walls ant 2 bricks thick think answered own question at end because water touching 1 block from air so game thinks fill in ie glitching thru the 1 block..
We all need them Water Beds in an Underwater Base.. I’m gonna be more worried about setting up an Electric System underwater haha. ( Zap Zap Zap )
only full blocks stop water and sadly full glass blocks DO NOT which is odd
yeah but you’ll never have a balcony for coffees and froffies
Figured it out, first I discovered not all blocks are water tight and the pit under the floor defiantly seems to help so far,. On the floor I used grate type bars and another room I tried window frame glass made both from simple building blocks facing the large empty part of the block downwards to the pit below ( I didn’t try other blocks ) If you use glass for walls or ceiling, it needs to be full glass blocks unless it’s on the floor or it will leak. The sheet blocks by the door also seems to be a necessity. I used building blocks to remove one level of water height at a time to lower the water, level by level, until the water was gone. I was able to get a fully functional underwater base.
Can’t you just remove the sheets where you need the roop for workbenches? They should take up the block space
Just a curiosity?? Why most of the time when you end a sentence, you end with a (UM)(like youm), it feels like you are adding an (M). It’s just a question.
This is a total waste of time I am now dumber for watching it
@28:41 for what you’re looking for, and mute it.
zombs spawn underwater now don’t they, UW base defunked anyway!
what if you build into the water from dry land… and tunnel in? then backfill the tunnel
vault door
I’ll bet you could have windows on the sides, if you just build an overhang to hide them from the sky.
ehhh godmod.. no thankyou
I wonder if you use a vault door or vault hatch my be water proof. Maybe you could create a clean space between two step doors if that would work to seal the water out?
