I Picture Blue is a Dapper Elder with some tricks up his sleeve. I would say something like this:
• Reading Glasses with a French Moustache (face)
• Short White Cane Top Hat (Hat/Hair)
• Shirt with Light-Blue and White Vertical Stripes and Black Bowtie (Top)
• Blue Denim Overalls (Bottom)
• Tapper’s Dress Shoes (Shoes)
• A Little Cane on his Back for the Stairs, just in case (Optional)
• A Death Animation – Blue pulls out his Cane, Draws out a Sharp Bayonet from the Handle, Stabs his Victim from behind with a simple thrust to the Neck, as they writhe for a couple Seconds in agony from the sheer impact and fall to the ground, as he slowly returns the Bayonet back into the Cane (Optional)
