I often find the alternator and end up bringing it with me until late game. It does the job 🤷‍♂️

I honestly don’t see how people can hate on the Alternator… its such a good weapon, I’ve gotten multiple 20 kill games with it and hit Master with it. It hits like a truck and has a steady fire rate meaning you can hit people at range with full auto rather than just tapping with it and finally the hip fire is insane… the hip fire ‘nerf’ just skipped the Alternator apparently because you can literally hip fire people from so far away getting maximum speed while shooting

I think it depends how often you can 1 clip, you may as well go the alternator if you have to reload

What i like about the alternator is the precision of it. It’s relatively easy to hit from medium range, and hipfiring is also usually good. Other smgs are better in most cases but on certain conditions and combos i go for the Alternator even if i find other weapons.

So when I first played I didn’t know what guns were what I just used the volt as my main weapon didn’t even know it was a smg and did just fine
