I’m not crazily biased but the devs have said tap strafe unintended and it’s about time they take those things or make it available for controller out and just nerf controller aim assist.

Yes give console players something we got strike pack losers and aim assist how many advantages over that does a PC player have even if they are using a controller aim assist being the sole reason for another platform to have ten other advantages on that makes aim assist null and void and console players deserve to have tap strafe if it can be accomplished with a controller on PC then it can be accomplished on controller with a console and get 120fps to next gen consoles while your at it 😂😂

(PC player) Kill all the non intended advanced movement bullshit. Remove moving and looting. Tone back the aim assist in close. Maybe figure out a way to help controller some at range. Stop letting glitched shit exist because you are too cowardly to remove it or too slow to respond to the point that it becomes accepted as part of the game.

moving while looting on controller is one of those things that they should have gone “oh shit, armour swapping kind of became a core part of fighting” and started working on it like 4 days after the release of the game. cus they can do it. like i don’t care if it wasn’t intended on mnk, since you are not actually frozen in place while looting on a controller it makes not sense that not only they can’t do it, but that it could be very hard to fix.

If non of the pros complain about how bad it is playing on console with a controller cause it won’t let me plug in mouse and keyboard into apex cause it thinks I’m cheating, then the devs won’t care. They only care about making pros happy, no matter how bad the screw the game up. (I.e Hal bitching about ranked)

The new HALO was a huge fail, and HALO multiplayer was awful. I don’t see this a plus at all. I even heard Snipedown switched to HALO and regrated leaving TSM because of how bad HALO multiplayer was.

Dude litterally… as long as it isnt a script they shouldnt remove ANYTHING… i jusg learned yuki strafing which is not too easy but also not very very hard. The hard part is ACTUALLY using it in game… obviously just tabstrafe is easier and can be used more often but a lot of the other tech is very specific / hard to pull off midfight or you can shoot less while doing it. ADDITIONALLY it is way harder to aim while doing crazy movement stuff so itnis even more deserved for tjose who learn it… it is the only thing setting skill apart… no Joke man… aim is not thag hard.. you practice a bit and done. Hut movement is a different thing with all those variants conbined with adjusting aim

When I first got into apex around season 7 I loved faide and his movement. After grinding to diamond 2 solo I’ve come to the conclusion the only movement techs that are genuinely useful on controller are super-jump, no-slide wallbounces, and especially super gliding and B-hopping

I agree with you on the controller movement. All us controller players have is like a way to slide left or right in the air very minimally and then that weird thing with the gravity cannons.

It’s cheating. You’re abusing a bug. Imagine if you could push down 3 buttons all at once and you could run 3 times as fast as you do now. Or if you time it right, you could do 2 times the damage of your shots. OFC tap strafing and the rest of that sh.t is a bug. It never was intended to be inside the game as a function for players to use. It’s just all the known people like timy that are whining about it whenever it comes up. Ask them not to use it in the next season. You would be amazed how many of these bug-abusing people wouldn’t be there where they are with their mediocre aim, positioning, and awareness..

Also, don’t see more behind things. They hired a simple guy because someone left the company. There is nothing more behind it. + there is no need to make Apex be cod or anything else. Apex has to be Apex. They give different modes sometimes and that’s all. It’s a br and it has to be a br. The permanent arena could be good if they would improve it. The rewards there are simply not worth it.
