I’m literally the #8 lifeline and I place pred every season and I think casual players are so stupid because they fail to realize that the competitive part of the game needs to be protected no matter how the casual players feel

Pro player opinions are very important for ApexLegends. They are not ruining the game. They put the most hours into the title and pick up on things most players do not.
However Respawn
IS making the game more difficult for casual and solo-Q players to enjoy due to terrible SBMM

No he’s absolutely right alot of these changes over the last 2 seasons have made the game alot less fun. The pros need to F off and they need to listen to the meat and potatoes of the community i.e. the regular player base. For example I know alot of people complained about valk but they absolutely obliterated her with nerfs, they nerfed her harder than any other legend ever! Ranked is still a joke they tweaked it too much, bring back the old system but leave the tier demotions and change up the points a little bit and it would be perfect. The bow needed a nerf not a boost! There’s just too many things to go over but overall the pros are the worst group to listen too. They just want it easier for them to play and win at the end of the day.

I can agree with pros and casuals to some extent, but I feel like when things don’t go pros way, the complaining is going to start. What I think needs to start happening is
that respawn needs to see what the whole community actually wants and not every time a pro says something is bad they remove it. This is my opinion but, I think respawn missed
a decent opportunity this season with the gold knockdown shield, gold bag and lifeline. Instead of completely removing the self res, they could of kept it and reduce the spawn
rate and remove any chance of it spawning in lifeline’s care package, as for the gold bag (deep pockets) that could of been built into lifeline’s passive just like fuse passive
with grenades but with heals (4 shield batteries/med-kit as a stack and 2 phoenix kit as a stack) this way it gives your teammates to ability carry more ammo/grenades and have
lifeline carry extra heals for the team, that’s just my take on it. I just think that respawn needs to listen to their community a little bit more and not everything a pro say, they have to do.

I mean at this point every season Im rooting for the pros to make a complaint cuz thats the only way I feel like respawn will acknowledge a problem. Maybe the problem isnt the pros but the lack of engagement respawn has with the community 🤔

You know what game was really fun for the longest time but got ruined by constant changes over its “pro scene” in later releases of the franchise? Halo.
Halo 3 one of the greatest multi-player games of all time. No updates just fun bunch of broken shit but all could be avoided by skill but still a blast for everyone. Apex is going down the same street and each season feels like it’s getting less and less fun. I bring up the game to my friends and they basically tell me that it just stresses them out now. Who wants to play a game that stresses them out? Not every change is by the pro but they do tend to be catered too season 13 was a good example of that catering and not in a good way. Respawn needs to find a healthy balance between pros and casuals to keep this game alive.
