There’s a bug in arenas where you will randomly get booted from the buy menu for no reason.

I bet the matchmaking thing where you have no teammates is just a party-duo that disconnected at just the wrong time and matchmaking does not fill the gap. Yes, I hate when it happens too.

EDIT: Oh, yeah. Delete Seer (abilities are broken). Not really. “It’s not fun.” really resonated.

EDIT2: I saw the Draconis/start-drop bug in three separate games YESTERDAY. Have you noticed that you or your teammates will say “someone landed near me” lines immediately after the ball of light and tinnitus appears? Also, there don’t seem to be minimap arrows for enemy skydivers in games with that bug. It could be someone doing an exploit.

i was so glad when i saw that tweet, i knew the video was coming soon 💪🏽 the comments have a few missed and niche issues but overall this list is great.

Audio plzzzzzzz!!!!!!! I don’t understand anything in game cus it’s either late or none at all. This spit is even worse. Like sometimes mad Maggie’s ult sound is stuck for the duration of the match. Wtf!

Love the content Ottr. I was expecting all the Valk mains to try to say she isn’t overpowered because every other video involving Valk is full of people saying “Your just bad you can just shoot her out the air” or my favorite “Horizon and pathfinder can do the same thing!”

1. Matchmaking. Its taken me awhile to get to the point that i can maintain a 1.5 kd most seasons. I know im not great, but im improving, but this matchmaking system forces me to carry ALL THE TIME. I want more equally skilled teammates so that i can keep progressively getting better and not have to worry as much about AFK teammates or players with no awareness.

2. The playerbase. imagine being upset that you cant T-bag your teammates. Like, have any of you tried not being assholes, why do you want to do that? (Also a strange number of you seem *VERY* upset that you can’t use the N-word, R-slur, and F-slur at your team anymore, why the fuck does that upset you? Grow up.)

3. BUGS, BUGS, BUGS. Many that have existed since day 1 and have not been patched.

4. The game being balanced to please 0.01% of the fanbase. A percentage that seem to actually hate the game cuz all they do is bring up things that have always been in the game and are suddenly a problem now like scanning and revive sheilds.

Tbh, I think that games as a service and our constant need for new content is the root of the problem. Being a game dev is HARD and you’re bound to run into bugs, which you probably don’t have enough time to fix because of the new features you need to constantly launch. Last thing I would like is overworked devs, like the famous epic kotaku article back in 2019.
Maybe, being more transparent about the developing process can help. And, us as consumers, should shift our mindset towards content. I agree that apex should adress these problems, they need to talk about their blocks and we have to be understanding. It shouldnt be us against them.

Ranked system is bad as predators vs mainly plats/diamond… no one actually asked for increase in ranked points cos it just takes more time we only asked for deduction cos of hardstuck dia/masters. Especially most of apex players have lives… and what’s funny is they listen to pros/content creator like they determine the whole playerbase

They need to listen to more content creators that isn’t biased instead of listening to pros complaining all the time… I understand about ALGS comp which I respect but stop ruining for the casuals not everyone take this game seriously

My biggest grievances with the game are the audio bugs where not sound plays and suddenly a whole team is right behind you, you can’t stop the chatter between the legends when they start gas bagging at an inappropriate time.

My biggest problem is tap strafing, respawn needs to straight up grow a set and remove it and replace it with an actual movement mechanic…. not some buggy bullshit that lets you redirect your momentum mid flight.
