Apex is definitely a really competitive game with a crazy high skill ceiling, but that’s what makes it fun in my opinion. Like Hal said, you have to really practice and get good at the game if you want to find even a little success. I have no issues with the difficulty of the game or the seasonal meta changes

i mean hal is giving a pretty good solution to casuals not enjoying the game anymore, just try something new. i think a lot of the Apex community has improved a lot over the years which will inevitably make the game more difficult for lower skill players

Make casuals mercenary with only solo queue. If you want to 3 stack with friends you’re playing ranked.

I’m gonna be honest I think apex is a great game but it’s honestly not fun sometimes when keep repeatedly keep dying or get bad teammates or getting 3rd partied

even as a casual , which in my definition means you just play the game for fun and aren’t too concerned about stats , how do you have fun losing over and over again ? eventually something has to click where you want to win the game 😂 and winning a game like apex where you the goal is to be the last man standing , you have to try and get better . even if you just get better at being a rat and hiding the entire game , get better at something .

As someone who’s in between casual and competitive, what i started doing was using non major meta legends and im having so much damn fun. I picked up lifeline again and the game feels so damn fresh, even in sweaty new split plat lobbies
