Before even starting the first part with 60 fps I suggest that 180-230 fps is optimal.

Even as someone who uses controller on PC, gotta love how console players are using the rhetoric ‘but aim assist is OP’ lol

Controller on console can do majority of things here (controller can still do tap strafe on PC via Steam config) and far easier as mentioned with lower fps, only that console aren’t matched against in PC lobbies anyway so that’s irrelevant. If you die to a MnK player because you chose to play with your friend on PC, that’s on you.

Once Apex on next gen consoles get the 120fps update, then the rhetoric will shift to last gen players complaining about a severe disadvantage against next gen players in fps. You’ll still have the same 0.6 aim assist. So the new debate will be that next gen on 120fps should only face PC lobbies with 0.4 aim assist which seems fair for all.

End of the day, movement doesn’t get you killed, it’s just there to feel flashy. t’s your choice to play on a low 4-4 sensitivity if you can’t keep up

This is interesting because my FPS fluctuates A TON. I’d say in average it’s between 80-110 fps. I wonder if that’s a big enough fluctuation to cause inconsistencies.

For me 144 is perfect, I used to play at higher frame rate but 144 seems to be the sweet spot imo
