I mean once he gets to ALGS the admins will sort it out… All the equipment gets tested over night prior to play so what’s the big deal?
Probably a publicity stunt.. get him there just to life ban him

I love that they invited him, because it’ll do one of two things, expose him as absolute hot-garbage or, expose his cheats in a LIVE event (which will likely lead to a perma-ban)!? So either way, cheating bag of dog s#$% gets exposed and we all have something to talk about until then… Win/Win in my book.
