Currently soloqueueing as well. In plat 1 the queue pops instantly whereas in diamond 4 you have to wait long enough just to match up against masters 20k+rp and preds

Merch I’ve been extremely hard on you lately I’m sorry but you have to understand I love apex and I’m a passionate person. Them taking away a ranked system that was so damn near close to an ALGS system we finallly had two different modes and not pubs and pubs 2.0. It sucks to see you choose viewers/money bc your casual audience was wanking over these retarded changes but you choose it over your head/heart knowing this new system was dog water Garbo.
I know you aren’t a bad dude or a bad player trust you easily can hit masters but with this system and KC on, this Rank system will NEVER be a reflection to true skill, just who can play the most, ape and get lucky more. It’s a sickening system.

Omg I was saying this yesterday- cleared a plat1 lobby with 435points – came down to plat quickly after meeting pred 2 and 3 with a master then met pred 112 and 130… I couldn’t agreee more with this video

My grind from Platinum to Diamond has been way more difficult now than in previous seasons.

Most Platinums in my games now mostly consist of former Silver-Gold players ranking up with “no kill cap” rewards, but have little to no game-sense, since they haven’t had to learn about the game, and just focus on shooting people to gain RP.
I haven’t had a game in Platinum where my teammates didn’t understand basic information about how certain legends work or what certain items do… IN PLATINUM.
[If I had a penny for every time my teammates were bamboozled from dropping decoys out of the dropship, I’d have enough money to single-handedly invest in a better anti-cheat software for this game.]

I just made it to Gold IV and I thought the skill level would increase clearly but not to the point where I was getting Diamond lobbies. Even on one occasion the champ squad were Masters and my teammates were just Gold like I was.

I’ve been deranked back to plat 1 twice now Something you realize also is what time of the week or time of the day you decide that you want to play , you’ll see some diamond lobbies can be easier

I get what you mean i am stuck at gold 4 but everytime i get deranked to silver 1 i get much easier lobbies than the ones i get in gold

Had a master player drop 10-15 kills a game in silver lobby (he inv me to his pt). Realistically, he ranked up fast enough to be within players closer and closer to his skill level. On my end, I usually play with randoms, so getting 200+ rp is rare since I’m only gold-ish in skill level. I think its a step in the right direction especially for random queuers, since pre-made teams will inevitably rack in more RP and move in to higher divisions, leaving more silo queue and lower skill level players left in those silver, gold and sometimes Plat lobbies
