Man ever since the update idk if it was me going on a 3 day vacation that threw me off or the update or I just have no motivation due to apex being stale. I’m on Xbox but something just feels very off. I’m not sure but it’s been extremely aggravating which is adding to other things that are starting to push me away and I will log on play a few games and log back off in boredom. Got the new rev skin and it looks cool but it paints a target on you when your running around the map in a skin that might as well be a TMobile cell phone tower it’s so big. Sbmm is a nightmare it constantly expects me to have my backpack on in pubs and ranked to carry my team and here lately I haven’t been able to do it since the update so something is off with me or apex and console in general whatever it is it’s mad annoying when I practice my az off and something still feels off…. It’s funny how the firing range the game plays GREAT and then in game is completely different 🤣 kinda makes it pointless.

Last season Kasellos did an actual solo to masters, where he would kill off his 2 other Alt accounts and then play solo in ranked. And he did it.

At least with the backwards hop you don’t get much distance just a few yards but ya makes it hard to hit.

The way I look at PC players vs console is like looking at a player select menu where you have one character who has attributes boosted for movement abilities but lacks aim assist and then u have it’s counterpart character that has assisted aiming but also has movement capped … One option is different then the other but Ultimately it leads down to player preference and there is no Ultimate option of one choice vs the other. This is how I look at it I’ve never complained about aim assist or the movement of m&k players probably because I use both though so but either way the debate has always been silly to me.

Ranked is indeed a mess, however I am tired of the misleading rhetoric. That 18 kill 5k damage game being used to show how “easy” pred lobbies are is exactly why we are in the current mess that is ranked.
Yes, plat and diamond players are fighting preds. However, why do we all ignore the fact that plat 2 is 10k rp. Not only is it the same rp as master last season, but the entry fees and tier demotion makes getting even 10k a challenge. With that being said, it isn’t a bunch of bots in pred lobbies, it is 20 bomb 4k prior masters who occupy most of what is plat 2- diamond 1. Same people who could solo diamond and even master with no issue before. It is no surprise that the same players have managed to get enough rp to be above gold players in mmr and be matched with the few thousand master players that even exsist. Dropping a 20b in pred lobbies is only impressive, and saysore about the players skill than match making. I’ve seen nothing but master and pred badges since I hit plat 4 last split. Idc what their current rank is, the kids in high plat and low diamond are cracked.
So with that being said, I think they should have left lower ranks alone until plat 1. That way the higher skill players can at least hit diamond before fighting preds. At the same time, with current system plat 2 is a reasonable border for master lobbies. I am also down for a revert if need be, but if they nerf ranked further in any way and don’t make dive trails permanent this season, I won’t play ranked anymore anyway. Absolutely pointless to spend all season on an achievement that disappears and nobody respects. I feel bad for everyone who has put in the work to obtain a decent rank, only for it to still get shit on by the community despite the grind being as impossible as it is.

as someone who USED to cheat in games(not apex) the main issue is “external cheats” as they’re harder to detect. for example in GTA, kiddions menu is external and has one of the lowest ban rates since it doesn’t directly impact the game files. so all cheat providers have to do for apex is make their loader/cheat, which would’ve probably been a lua script or a .bat into a .exe or get a new driver thst does it for them

PC players complain about aim assist on controller but they never see that compared to us you have the most broken movement in the game, i hope their ridiculous movement gets nerfed!

the game plagues solo que players on Pc by giving them dirt skilled console players and their wood rank Pc buddy as random teammates to play against full-stack last season master players. game is not skilled based what-so-ever, literally carry your teammates or lose is apex ranked. Pc plats should only play with and against PC plats, PC Diamonds should only play with and against PC diamonds, PC Master/Pred should only play with and against Master/Preds. anything gold and under doesn really matter becasue everyone is about the same in those ranks, especially with the influx of smurf accounts.
