Seer is fine where he is right now. No one complained about him until he got popular recently.
And even right now he isn’t picked a ton by everyone. And not everyone is good with him.
Just play the game and don’t take everything seriously.

Pros complain about everything like there’s no casual player base. Krabers are a issue so they nerfed it. Self res in ALGS, they took it out. If left up to them this game would suddenly be unplayable

Seer main: That’s cap. Seer has always been like this. In a way he’s been the same since he dropped. He hasn’t had a huge buff in the reason season and he’s seen more play time than bloodhound. Now that the pros utilize him in ALGS and push the meta in a deferent direction he’s turned into the new “Valkyrie” as in “EvErY tEaM hAs OnE”. He’s fine. A character with cold blood wouldn’t hurt either but Seer has just be a silent Nuke as to how good he’s been since the jump and the pros show y’all that.

So after the ALGS I’ve tried Seer, and hear me out.

I’m not trying to sound like I’m bragging or like be shifty. I don’t consider myself a good player by any means. But I main Horizon with like 4Kish kills.

I tried Seer today and hes sick to use. Before Horizon I was a Bloodhound main and just kinda learned to play with a few others.

Personal Opinion: Seer is a clever player to use. I don’t care about taking height anymore if I can figure out where you are at in my perimeter. I can change the fight with that information. I can back up if I need to or cancel your rezz/heals. Like i honestly think it’s not that bad considering the fact that he doesn’t have movement like a Bloodhound for that matter.

Bloodhound Shmovement on sicko mode. Holy.

I honestly dont think seer is the issue. I think its the fact that the competitive pool of legends is so small. Valk is a must pick and there are very few legend combinations that are viable in the higher ranks. You can win with out seer but its way more difficult without a valk. If they tone the “must pick” legends down a bit it will open up the legend pool then seer can be played against easily by plenty of other legends

There should be a passive for the robot and simulacrum legends, immune to seer/bloodhound scans and caustic gas.
No heartbeat in a robot right? No respiratory system, so gas shouldn’t affect them anyway, based on lore

Buff other characters to help balance seer instead of nerfing seer. They could make so Mirage tac shows up on heartbeat monitor to throw seer off, or make path/rev/ash immune to heartbeat monitor since they’ve robots. My fav change would be mirage buff since his decoys are supposed to be decoys, so why not let him be a little stronger in that niche since scanning him reveals the real one right away. That would at least make seer invest resources like bloodhound to check mirage. Another suggestion would be to have his passive on a limit like valk, but I think that’s less interesting than buffing possible seer counterpicks imo.

I’ve been saying seer is op ever since his release. But apparently it takes pro’s using him for people to see that cause nobody can actually think for themselves and just listens to what they’re told. And if you think him being able to scan the same distance and width as a bloodhound whenever he wants just by aiming isn’t op your on crack. Just because your teammates can’t see it doesn’t justify being able to do it infinitely

Which playerbase has the higher percentage? Pro’s or casuals? The one with the higher numbers is the one you should listen a bit more closely to. My guess is that one is also the base that generates Ea/Respawn money? But I can be wrong.

Respawn painted themselves into a corner by having so many legends with wall hacks, so they would have to release two legends with cold blooded to balance the meta….Or they could utilize a hop up or attachment for your armor that would make you cold blooded….

Guy crying about it like there’s skill in following a path with bloodhound, running faster than any character with your ult and everything illuminated in red against black. ‘pros’ crying, like you can’t just shoot his ult and get rid of it. They just have excuses for getting melted, any decent headset and competent player knows exactly where someone is anyway without the visual aid
