I’m not the smartest person in the world, but isn’t the game supposed to place you in lobbies based on what you play on?
Like if you play in PC you only play against PC players and if you play in console you only play against console, please if I’m wrong correct me

Drop AA to .23 overall; create a way for controller to move and loot; open server to be full cross-platform (PCxConsole); allow console to use MnK; Lock input device once match starts all platforms; Create Servers for MnK Only or Controller Only or Cross-Inputs.

I’ve done tap strafing on PC (I’m mainly console, however), and it’s addicting. From what I’ve seen, it beats aim assist almost all the time. Adjust both it and aim assist, you can’t make everybody happy, one side of the spectrum will be upset regardless, you have to push these things to make the game healthy for everyone not a small demographic of players. Less than one percent want something, oh hey let’s bend over backwards for them doesn’t make much sense to me.

I moved to M&K to be able to tap straif. I would cry if I am over here learning m&k movement and getting comfortable with it and if it gets removed I would cry. I used to love KC but I hate it sooo much this season. You can’t make any noise have any fight without 30 other people jumping over which is great but sometimes it feels like it’s 5 teams vs you. And we can’t even say the “anime” event because none of it was partnered or licensed they had to change stuff because it was to similar.

If I was the boss. I would make it where if your on controller you only play controller players. Also if I left tap strafing in I would allow it on pc and console. I still think it’s funny how pc players act like they are so much better in mnk but then cry about aim assist 😂. I feel like if they are trying to push a cross play agenda then the playing friend needs to be fair. Just like movement while looting boxes.

Ok so yeah I feel like rag tag is 10000000% in the right rn, because that person is in no spot or right to sue him, just because your in a video doesn’t mean you get part of his revenue, you don’t get money just because you took part in his video, when you getting onto his team is just shear coincidence.

Now I for one as a controller don’t really care if tap strafing is or is not a bug, in my opinion it adds part of the term “movement god”, although console does need a huge update to its movement tech, because after a while, you just feel sluggish when trying to even conceive yourself as a movement god, when all you can pretty much do is slide, jump, climb, and glide. With PC on the other hand there is one big thing that sets it out, and that is air momentum, and with it they are able to turn mid air.

I still don’t understand why people are still going after controller aim assist, when you have to have semi good aim in the first place to even use the aim assist to full effect or at least 3 quarter of the way to using it effectively. I wish those peoples would just actually put down the mouse, and buy a controller, hook it up, and try and aim. Because while strafing it’s pretty hard to keep on target, at least for me, because every time I try and do some good aim while strafing I feel my thumb just lock up because I feel like I would over shoot a bit if I try and get that tiny little inch of a gap that’s left until your beaming the target.

Now I feel like it should be Olympus (clean and easier to see enemy’s), World’s Edge (has great PoI’s), and King’s Canyon (in general has every part perfect in my opinion).

Tell me why pc players and pros have switched to controllers and why they can pick it up and actually do better then on PC? And we still think that controllers are not overpowered? They have infinite turning radius, and a computer do some of their aim. If they removed it and added a universal movement technique, we would have no issue. Only a controller player can hit me while I am doing a 180 tap strafe walljump into a redirect. Most players on controller use ALC controllers which gives you very good assists for aim. Or remove aim assist AND tap strafe. Then we can be a boring shooter where people mess up because they cant move correctly only jumping in a straightline then fix all the issues. Or just believe me that controller players have a benefit over pc players
controllers=better aim/worst movement
PC players=better movement/worst aim.

If your on pc and have a controller you can tap strafe but console cant but console isnt playing on pc lobbies so whats the complaining for

Since tax briefing only works on PC that makes it sound an awful lot like a bug, just because it’s a commonly accepted bug and one that the developers even seem to back does not make it any less of a bug. Coming from a PC player, remove tap strafing.

tbh… you play any other big game…. especially something made idk… 5-10 years ago.. you see how much is truly in those games…. and then you realize just how much respawn is lacking in content for apex. it’s pretty bad tbh.. considering how much money they make…… considering how much potential there truly is for the game…. it’s kindve disheartening that we’re into the 14th season and we have what we have. overall, it gives me the impression respawn doesn’t truly care about it. they do the absolute minimum. I’m just kinda over giving them the benefit of the doubt and making up reasons or justifications at this point. they made too much money in the beginning and then got scared to really expand and grow apex or even respawn itself outve fear of changing up “what works”(makes/made them money). just my opinion though.

No bias. If mouse and key isn’t superior then why do a majority of pros and streamers use it? Controller has aim assist for a reason. You cannot fine control aim as you do with MnK. Mid to long range is to easy, jiggle aim, tap strafe, super jump, etc. The ONLY advantage we have is close range hipfire and maybe some burst weapon aim. MnK is far superior. They have a movement that’s impossible on controller. It should be nerfed. Aim has nothing to do with it. Unfair advantage. If you okay mnk you’re a frikken nerd
